We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Chalet host could not have been more welcoming and made us feel very "at home" from the minute we arrived. We had a number of dietary considerations which were taken account of without any fuss. The chalet location was exactly as advertised and the resort provided great skiing opportunities for our mixed ability group. The food provided at breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner was first class and nothing was too much trouble for our host , including providing wake up drinks as our early morning alarm! Ski instruction was organised with an excellent local ski guiding company. The chalet host and assistant cannot be complimented enough.The only negative comments relate to non host related issues. The sauna was out of service for half of our week and the tv/sky/games console set up was outdated and temperamental.

This is our third VIP Ski trip. The Chalet and the Catering was outstanding as ever although there are a few things that would have made the food and Beverage more empathetic to a family. The Concierge Service and General Management was not of the same standard that we have experienced before and the lack of experience of those responsible was clear.

We felt well looked after from our initial enquiry right through to the end of our holiday. It seemed every detail had been anticipated and taken care of for us; this meant that even though we were skiing for the first time with young children, we were able to have a relaxing holiday too. Our chalet host, Humphrey, made the whole experience such a memorable one, the children are so fond of him, our special "butler". There wasn't any element of our holiday that disappointed, everything surpassed expectations- Great chalet, great food and great skiing.
Just spent an amazing week at Chalet Hochkar with Alice and Sue. They made us feel at home from Day One. Couldn't have asked for better chalet hosts. The chalet itself is immaculate - very comfy and well kept. And the food, it's simply scrumptious. This is a place I will definitely revisit for the next season.
