Lovely chalet in a great location at the bottom of town. The whole team of drivers and managers were great and a special mention must go to our host Jaz. The catering and all the little extra touches were top notch, and very much appreciated. We will definitely return to VIP-chalets, a high quality and reliable experience delivered by a dedicated, friendly and very professional team
Excellent airport and transfer service. Extremely welcoming,friendly and attentive staff. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great equipment hire...well organised. Unfortunately daily cleaning of rooms left a little to be desired in terms of thoroughness...very mouldy shower seal. The food as well was positioned as being a fine dining gastro experience but high tea was very 'samey' every day with dry bland cakes, over baked cookies and dinner was poor with food being cold and tasteless on more than two occasions. Breakfast was lovely every day with lots of choice though. I would recommend VIP as there are a lot of positives however the negatives I found extremely disappointing.
I'm sorry that you didn't find the food at the Hotel Theodul was to a consistently high standard. We pride ourselves on our catering and it's disappointing that you were let down. I hope we can prove that this is not typical of our holidays in the future. Catriona, Marketing Assistant.
Chalet hosts Jack and Giles were absolutely fantastic, providing delicious meals and great service. Millie also was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and a proper VIP experience. Drivers and Nannies did a fantastic job too! Few suggestions for improvement: Manage expectations around number of people allowed to use the pool. We were told it was us and one other chalet whereas in fact 4 chalets were using it. Concierge service was fantastic, although good be improved (helping more with yoga classes,etc) Provide enough bath plugs for all the baths. Weird suggestion, I know, but the toilet roll was v v basic - everyone prefers a nice triple ply....

This was our first holiday with VIP ski and in Lech and neither disappointed. The VIP ski team did everything they could to make it a perfect holiday ... They did all the extras like taking our luggage to our room, morning hot drinks to the room, providing ice packs and walking maps when injured and could not ski, welcome drinks and canopies and the same at the end of the week .... Nothing was too much trouble To top it all we had the lovely Cat Wheatley and Graham Bell guiding us around the slopes and entertaining us with a presentation and awards This skiing holiday will be hard to beat!!!
