From the moment you are greeted at the airport the level of service is excellent. The staff work extremely hard to eliminate any holiday hassle (this is particularly important if travelling with children). Nice touches include taking care of all your luggage from airport direct to the apartment, helping arrange all the ski hire and even going out to buy Nutella for the morning pancakes. Our chalet staff Ben and Carlie, were very welcoming and produced consistently high quality meals and cakes, Penthouse 1 is perfectly located in the centre of Avoriaz, ski in and ski out, a 1 minute walk from ski hire, supermarket and swimming pool/waterpark.

It’s been an awesome family holiday in this beautiful traditional chalet. This was the first week of the season in a new chalet for VIP and with a new team. Frank your team have been absolutely superb. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have all worked really hard to ensure every question was answered and actions followed up. The rooms were delightfully rustic, comfortable and maintained to a high standard. We all loved the early morning tea with a view of the slopes, and returning to homemade cakes and gluwien in the cosy bar in the evenings. Interesting varied menus for evening meals. We particularly enjoyed venison, fish and the Austrian evening. The chalet caters fabulously for children, one of our criteria for choosing it. The nannies were always willing to help and even provided a toy box for “Granny’s room”. Children’s meals were a great help. St Christoph is a tiny but beautiful quiet village set in the middle of this vast ski area with ski lifts and regular buses on the doorstep. We loved skiing across to the other villages. Definitely take the cable car to Valluga on a sunny day! Being the highest village the ski runs to the chalet had more snow than other villages. We were very fortunate to have both sunshine and excellent snow this early in the season. Ski hire equipment was excellent quality and located next door. The nursery slopes were great for beginners, if not very extensive. Instructors were very friendly and helpful, especially with the children. Some of the blue runs were quite steep for beginners so it is perhaps better for 2nd time skiers. We can highly recommend a sleigh ride from Lech to either Zürs or Zug. Book early! Stunning views and the children loved it. Overall it was a truly wonderful, happy and exhilarating week for us all. We loved St Christoph and our chalet. We can’t thank you enough VIP team and look forward to another holiday with you soon.

We had a wonderful family holiday; with excellent service in our apartment from Chloe and James. They made the holiday truly memorable. The location of the apartment in the centre of town was great. Oh, and the skiing was great too!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left VIP staff were extremely kind, thoughtful and attentive. Club Alaska was kept clean and was easily accessible to Morzine and the slopes, including the very close Avoriaz. The catering was behind our expectations. Joe was an extraordinary chef, able to build and edit our menu to fit our likes and dislikes even if that meant cooking a wide variety of exquisite dishes to suit our taste. His well equipped team supported him in the kitchen and helped to keep our stay as relaxing as possible. The hosts were talkative and friendly, forming relationships with us to give a personal experience for the week. Thank you so much VIP for giving us such an amazing experience that we will remember years into the future.

Absolutely amazing. Food by Lewis and cammy was lovely and all the chalet hosts (Sam, Amelia, Kiera) and the driver Tom were very friendly and made the week very enjoyable.

We had a great week staying in Chalet Montafon, St Anton Our chalet host Benjie was amazing and cooked the most wonderful meals, had a roaring fire prepared every evening and baked a variety of delicious cakes on our return from ski-ing each day. Ed our VIP resort manger was very effective, easily reached and calmly dealt with all the challenges, large and small, throughout the week. The journey out was efficient and VIP provided a smoothly run shuttle service from the slope to the door of the chalet. VIP couldn't have tried harder to make our holiday run smoother and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to take all the hassle taken out of their holiday and RELAX

Connor and Elena were awesome hosts who truly made this experience unreal, we got along with them so well due to how sociable they were with us and not to mention the quality of the chalet.

Absolutely insane food everyday, punctual and consistent. The hosts mixed well with the whole group, extrememy knowledgeable about the resort and activities to do especially seeing as I wasn't able to ski. Presentation of every meal was immaculate and enticed the young individuals to sample new and exotic dishes. Overall I feel that everyone was involved in every aspect of the holiday. Very sociable hosts who continued to join in with the jokes at the dinner table within moderation.
