I have been going on French chalet holidays for the last 10+ years and this was definitely one of the best - compact but comfortable accommodation and great location. The views were amazing and a joy to wake up to every morning (even if you couldn’t see the other side of the Resort!) Connor and Elena were hands down the best hosts EVER! The food and hosting were wonderful especially considering the minuscule kitchen they have to work in. To produce a full roast turkey Xmas dinner for 9 as good as they did was impressive. They made a great holiday Exceptional. A credit to VIP ski. Holly the resort nanny is also a credit to the company. The kids that didn’t ski loved her and those that did wanted to have fun with her rather than ski! Knowing they were in such safe and loving hands made skiing stress free.

This is our second time with VIP and its was even better than the first! Great welcome from the VIP staff at Geneva Airport and a smooth transfer was followed by a hot chocolate welcome at the arrivals area in Avoriaz before our snowcat ride to the accommodation. Our heavy suitcases were unloaded from the coach and delivered to our Penthouse by the fantastic resort team. Then came the amazing bit - Connor an Elena... what a fantastic couple! They made us feel so welcome from the moment that we arrived. Connor's skills in the kitchen are unbelievable, very ably assisted by Elena, who was the perfect host . These guys are so polite & diligent in their approach, and made sure everything was just right for every moment of our stay. They did an absolutely flawless job and are a real asset to VIP Ski, epitomising what a luxury hosted ski holiday should be. Probably the best holiday that we have had so far (and we've had a few) Thanks again team VIP - we will be back!!

A very pleasant stay in the Farmhouse for Christmas! Chalet more cozy than comfortable but don't let this put you off. Hugo and Jade are wonderful, very accommodating and excellent hosts! The food was fab, great facilities (especially the pool/steam room area). All in all, dank. Thanks very much!

We had a fabulous family holiday with VIP Ski at Chalet Chablis, our hosts, Andie, Chloe & Euan could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable with excellent food & great company!

From the moment we arrived at Chalet Davos we were given the full VIP treatment, lovely friendly chalet girls, Charlotte and Meg, serving champagne and canapés. All the staff - at the chalet, the drivers, concierge Will, and manager George went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. Everyone was especially accommodating to our large party of 12, including 4 children whose sometimes idiosyncratic food needs were catered for with no fuss and lots of patience - including a lesson in poaching the perfect egg! Our holiday was one of highs and lows with fabulous skiing and hilarious evenings of questionable singing (including VIP staff), games, great food and wine mixed with some illness and one significant skiing accident. Throughout this the VIP representatives were absolutely brilliant in helping us deal with logistical issues and bringing treats to cheer up the injured child. Many thanks to everyone at VIP who helped make this holiday as stress free as possible!

Chalet very cosy and comfortable, rooms very nicely furnished with everything you need although bijou other than the master suite that was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was top notch with everything we would have wanted and beautifully cooked. With some slightly tardy kids our hosts were always happy to keep it coming. Evening meals were excellent and varied. The Teryaki beef was a particular favourite. The pool and steam room went down well after a long day on the slopes. Ski hire was well organised and passes all sorted and delivered. Hugo and Jade were bright and friendly and looked after us all very well. A big thank you to them both for helping make our family Christmas ski holiday one to remember.

VIP Hosts Poppy and Javier ensured that our two family Christmas break was perfect in every way. Literally nothing was too much trouble for them from calling back the ski hire firm on daily basis for something or other to assisting one of the over exuberant teens safely home from Folie Douce on the last day. The word 'no' or 'we can't do that' didn't feature in their vocabulary! The catering was faultless. Absolutely delicious cuisine and great presentation. Wish we could stay another week! Wonderful memories. Huge thank you to Jav, Poppy and all the VIP teams do in particular Jake and Tom who were endlessly running about in resort ensuring all VIP guests were happy. Our first VIP ski holiday and we will certainly be returning.
