We've had an excellent experience. The resort was great - good restaurants, lots of varied skiing and hassle-free ski rental. The thing that made the holiday though was the staff, and in particular Sam. He's been brilliant throughout. From the moment we arrived nothing has been too much hassle, the food has been delicious, the chalet spotless everyday, and best of all he's been great fun to have around.

This was our third holiday with VIP Ski, but our first in Alpe D'Huez. The chalet was wonderful and in a fantastic position in the resort. It was well appointed and a generous size for 4 people. As ever though, it was the chalet host that really made the difference. Ella was fantastic: great chef, wonderful host, helpful guide and lovely company. She really looked after us so well all week. Once again VIP has come up trumps - they even provided a week of sunshine and perfect snow conditions!

We have had a great time at Indiana Lodge. The chalet worked perfectly for our party of nine and the living room area was particularly comfortable and cosy, making a versatile place for relaxing after skiing. Jake and Claire looked after us wonderfully. They are very friendly people and their cooking was delicious! We especially loved the daily fresh baked cakes.

Our chalet host, Meg was outstanding at cooking and taking care of us all. Nothing was too much trouble and she is an intelligent, warm and caring host - she immediately became part of our family. The chalet setting was great and the skiing area excellent. Special mention and thanks has to go to Meg and also to the resort managers Pierce & Ella - who have outstanding personal qualities that are rare to find. Thank you to you all. Finally, thanks to the booking team, on this occasion Andy & Libby - who as ever made booking as easy as possible. Thank you VIPSKI we admire your caring customer philosophy - we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at the Theodol, this was our second time here, the first 3 years ago. The staff were all great, with a special mention to Sophie, Will A, and Alex. The food was delicious, so compliments to all the chefs and kitchen staff. The quiz on Christmas Day was a laugh and great to see a staff team joining in the fun. All in all a great holiday.

We have been on many skiing chalet holidays and VIP are at the top of the game. Excellent chalets, with space, comfort and importantly everything prepared and operational. The chalet staff could not have been more attentive and ensured all guests were well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. Meals were excellent, with good choice (which is not usual in chalet holidays) and the chef added some extra treats which were very much appreciated. Plenty of hot water and very comfortable beds. Simon, the resort manager, went the extra mile to be of assistance and arranged some extra things for us which he did not have to do but which we could not have arranged without him. All together this was a great experience from VIP Ski and the staff.

We went on a VIP holiday 12 years ago and had amazing service, but this holiday was not the same at all. It was all ok, but really not the same as we had expected from previous trip which had been to Morzine. St Christoph is small and the linking of the area was not possible due to weather and the lifts. We were an experienced group, but the slopes were very unkept and if you were a beginner would have been terrible.

Thank you, VIP Ski, for delivering topnotch everything so our 3-generation family of nine enjoyed a fantastic Christmas holiday in beautiful Avoriaz. Starting with a professional booking process - with every request fulfilled; to travel meet and greet (thank you Jess and Kristin) making transfers with bulky ski stuff easy; to incredible Chalet Hosts; to a super Nanny whom our little ones loved; to very comfortable accommodations in Penthouse No. 3 with stunning views...it was all brilliant. Special thanks go to our Hosts, Elena and Connor, who worked tirelessly - always with big smiles - to look after us so well and serve us the most delicious meals. Our Christmas Day dinner was a real treat. They have superb culinary skills, and anyone staying in Penthouse No.3 this season is in for a real treat. They were a joy to get to know and we feel we have made new friends. Holly is a delightful, very well qualified, Nanny whom the children looked forward to being with. We thoroughly enjoyed this first experience with VIP Ski and look forward to more holidays with you. You go the extra mile to ensure your guests receive a holiday exceeding expectations. My family and I have been on many holidays in catered chalets but this week with VIP Ski has to be one of the best. Penthouse 3 is fabulous with a great setup for families (we were 5 adults and 4 children) and the vues are absolutely incredible. Being there the Christmas week we had a tree that the kids got to decorate and we watched the fireworks from the 9th floor, they loved it! The highlight of our holiday has to be the staff and most importantly our chalet host and cook, Elena and Connor, WOW, what can I say, what a fabulous couple. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, they are warm, welcoming, respectful and fun, exactly what you’d want from chalet hosts. And they were great with the children who loved them! Kids meals were a big hit too. Lovely wines to choose from, great canapés and menu throughout the week, not to forget the cooked breakfasts. We also employed Holly, VIP’s fully qualified nanny for 3 days and she is absolutely brilliant. My 5 year old son loved her instantly and they had so much fun together. They played outside, painted, baked, built Lego and train tracks, the fun never stopped. I can not recommend Holly enough, thank you again! Everyone we met from VIP was very professional and helpful, I cannot fault them or any aspect of our holiday. Our Christmas week in avoriaz was magical I am so grateful to Elena, Connor and Holly for that! Thank you.
