Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

The condition of the chalet was incredible but what really made the whole experience amazing was the friendly staff who were not only able to provide consistently great service but were also flexible and able to adapt to all the different routines for example being able to prepare an early dinner every day for my younger brother. I would recommend staying here to anyone who values a comfortable and friendly environment. And to top it all off the views from the mountains are stunning and the slopes are fun for all skill levels.
Another super week with VIP, our tenth to date! Our friendly chalet hosts, Charlotte and Meg, looked after us all wonderfully and the driver team were excellent. Thank you.
We have just had the most wonderful holiday again with VIP ski. Our hosts Mally and Kyle have been amazing. They have cooked us the most delicious 3 course meals every night to perfection. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and we have come back from skiing every afternoon to an immaculately clean chalet with afternoon tea laid out. They have been great company and the best hosts we could have asked for. The drivers have also been great, love coming down at the end of the evening to find them waiting for us and taking my skis off me and carrying them to the locker, great service. Thank you to them all for giving us another great holiday! Third time with VIP ski and they never disappoint.
It is said that not having expectations is a key to happiness, but when these are so clearly surpassed it cannot go unnoticed. And such was our stay at Chalet Kaila: way above expectations. The chalet itself was a gem; nestled on a cliff top, within a stone throw away from the supermorzine telecabine. But a chalet is but a nice stack of woods and it takes a incredible set of hosts to turn it into a home. And Poppy and Javier truly have gone above and beyond to make this happen. For a week, our burdens of daily life were lifted (from babysitting to carrying of skis), whims and wishes granted, and not to forget the most incredible meals served every evening.... and all of this - with a smile and a "anything is possible" attitude. This has set a new benchmark for family holidays, and for this we are most grateful.
An exceptional week helped by the amazing weather and skiing conditions. Best of all we had a fantastic apartment with two of the best hosts - Elena and Connor. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot remember a time when we enjoyed such delicious food in a chalet - the variety and presentation was of the highest standard. Ski hire was also very good, top quality skis and helpful staff in the Absolut Ski Shop. Avoriaz is a beautiful resort, and I think we struck lucky with the week we were here. Not that you could have arranged the weather, but thank you for a fabulous week.
From the journal of Lord and Lady Hammond, We were rather disappointed when the manor at 1850 was pre occupied by sir Rupert and family, Fear not...VIP ski was on hand. Andy was on hand at the London comand centre and was absolutely smashing at snapping up the last room for us in the preferred chalet. The flight with the old "British Airways" was tip top, the captain was a rather splendid chap (probably from the Royal Air Force). Once we had our feat on the ground welcome party was top notch at the airport, all the bells and whistles one would have expected for a VIP experience. The transfer was a rather amazing 16 seater chariot, the drive was only 3 hours and the spirits were high. When we arrived at the chalet we were met by duke Jac and Lord Ben of 1850. The boys were so strong, lady Hammond was rather impressed, the way Ben carried two bags at a time, she got rather flustered. The banquet each evening was rather fantastic as was the wine. Duchess Sophie and Marquis Conner were the most hospitable hosts, nothing was an inconvenience. The good Lord was looking over us and the skiing conditions were delightful. All in all a rather Royal VIP Stay.
From start to finish we have had a really positive and happy time at Petit Choucas. Chloe, our host has been brilliant, attentive and good company. She has worked incredibly hard and we really appreciate her efforts. George, the Chalet Manager has also been impressive, always checking that we are happy and asking if there is anything more he can do. We have been incredibly lucky with the weather this week so the skiing has been brilliant too.
