Twenty four of us have reunited in Val d'Isere from our last trip for the Millennium New Year. Some big birthdays are being celebrated too! We have all had the most incredible time at Bellevarde Club. Looked after by friendly and personable staff every day from breakfast to the late evening cheeseboard. The house works perfectly for a crowd, comfortable lounging, spacious dining, help yourself bar and lovely bedrooms, not to mention the stunning pool and spa area, and the beers in the hot tub looking out at the mountains. We have been spoilt. The lovely staff - Patrick, Alex, Anna, Felicity, Jake and Izzy have made a stay one that we will remember forever. Thank you. We will be back!
Charlotte and Lauren have been great chalet hosts, ensuring we have had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Food delicious, chalet clean and fantastic location.
Great chalet, wonderful hosts, Finn and Jesse looked after us brilliantly! Felt like a VIP all week, especially as Ed most kindly ferried me to and fro the ski rental place, etc. We'll be back! Thanks guys.

We had a challenging start to our visit to the chalet as unfortunately the chalet had not been prepared to an acceptable standard. Having given the benefit of the doubt overnight and hoping for a number of the mentioned issues (lights, items requested, general cleanliness) to be rectified, when they were not, we got in touch with the resort manager Paul. To Paul and the team's credit, all the outstanding issues were rectified within 24 hours but it did cause unnecessary frustration for us as guests as it was not up to previous standards experienced through VIP (in the same chalet) a few years ago. As nice as the chalet is, it is slightly tired in some respects - the mattresses all absolutely need to be replaced. Didn't enjoy the continual unannounced comings and goings of various people to the chalet throughout the day (one visit to "check the hot tub" as late as 21h45??) as the point of hiring the entire chalet is for privacy, peace and quiet. Pity you no longer use Molton Brown toiletries as in the past as these were a luxurious touch. The positives - great hot tub, fireplace, good bathrooms and friendly chalet hosts, Bevan and Hannah. The food was always well cooked and the afternoon tea and cakes welcomed by all (particularly the children!!) and after a slightly fractious start, our hosts absolutely made all efforts to get our stay back on track, which was appreciated by all. The pick up and drop off service is also extremely useful and appreciated and all the drivers helpful and cheerful.
Thank you Leon for your balanced and objective feedback. I’m pleased to hear the early issues were resolved by our Resort Team, but nevertheless sorry they occurred in the first place.
