We were a group of 24 family and friends in our 3rd yearly trip , having been to Les Arc the previous 2 years , also with VIP. We were apprehensive about trying somewhere new , but we needn't have worried. From the moment we arrived the chalet hosts were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and there were no members of staff that were not on the same page. The chalet worked brilliantly for our big group with the 2 lovely hot tubs and the wellness centre just next door . We had a fab time watching the New Years fireworks from the hot tub. The food was amazing with all dietary needs catered for ; including the 8 smaller children . We had a great choice and it was all beautifully prepared and presented . Again nothing was too much trouble. The chalet was kept tidy and clean at all times . Anna the nanny was also amazing and we didn't have to worry at all leaving our children with her . She cooked lunches and wasn't fazed if there was 1 or 3 children . She made sure she took our youngest on fab adventures up the mountain for hot chocolate, the farm and sledging. The private car service was also a great asset and made getting around , particularly to and from ski lessons a breeze. It was also appreciated when coming back with children the assistance some drivers gave in carrying skis back to the boot room. The beds were comfy and cosy . The only thing we did find was the dining room could be chilly but the hosts pointed out when that was warmer it got too hot upstairs , but sometimes moving from around the warm fire into the cold dining room was a shock!
Loved the can do attitude of all the staff, it makes a massive difference to the holiday . Little touches like getting ski equipment back to the ski hire shops was great. We were also grateful for the help and advice from Ali when one of our group got injured on the slopes
Thank you all , you made our holiday amazing, even if we weren't the most well of bunches !!
