Do not hesitate to book this holiday. I am a well seasoned traveller, although this is my first ski holiday and I have to say that the staff here are incredible. They were so friendly and helpful, with great enthusiasm. The service was the best I have ever experienced and the food was out of this world, with so much choice! Alpe d'Huez is a lovely little town and it seems to have the facilities for every type of skier. Well played VIP Ski, well played!

We had a fantastic time in Alpe d'Huez and our chalet. The hot tub and sauna were well used by all, especially with the unlimited, perpetually chilled beer supply. Our chalet hosts made us is welcome and were great fun, from joining us for a post dinner beer to joining in our games and obviously cooking us fabulous food every morning, noon and night. Everything that Tom produced was so tasty and having a choice of menu was such a luxury. Andy and Hayley were always around with morning cups of tea and giving us gen about the town, best snow and bars. The weather was generally kind so we had some awesome powder, blue sky and après at the Folie!

I'm sitting in the chalet on our last night drinking a glass of champagne whilst writing this review. We've had a wonderful holiday. The snow conditions were fantastic with lots of new snow, however what made it special was the VIP experience. Fleur, is a fantastic chalet host, her cooking is the best I've tasted with VIP (and I've never had a bad meal before) and the cakes are to die for - especially the chocolate Guinness loaf! She chatted happily and is friendly without being intrusive, respecting your space and holiday. The chalet itself is roomy and beautiful, few minutes walk to the lift and as you leave all your gear at the lift station, it is easy and no problem at all. The other person who made the holiday stand out was Rob, our ski guide for 4 days (he offered an extra day due to restrictions on when the other chalet could go). Guiding is just so valuable, not only in showing you around, but he also gently pushed me into doing harder slopes than I would normally volunteer for - but only because he felt confident that my ability would match the difficulty of these runs (Tortin and Col des Mines). But that does mean that I was very tired and was happy to be back at the chalet at the end of the day being comfortable and being looked after by Fleur! I've been on a few VIP holidays and Verbier will always stand out as a favourite I think. VIP as a ski tour operator gets it right every time, because they care about their customers and their staff, so I'm already thinking of how to get another ski holiday in this season!

We had a fantastic holiday and were looked after perfectly by Andy, Tom and Hayley. The service was amazing and food was outstanding, those guys worked really hard to make us feel at home and were happy to go the extra mile for us. Overall a great chalet making a great holiday.

This was my first chalet holiday and now thanks to vip ski for an amazing experience it certainly won't be my last!! The chalet was amazing, very clean, great decor, very cosy and warm. But what made my holiday was our chalet staff... Andrew, Hayley and Tom. Toms cooking was out of this world, exceptional flavours, great presentation and very polite a very gifted chef! Hayley and Andrew were so attentive and polite, very caring and always happy to help! For my next holiday can I please have them 3 again :) Fab holiday all round!!! Thank you!!

We have had a wonderful week here in the Birch Suite which is very comfortable. Lots of snow has made for great skiing. However, the highlight of the week has been the great service from the VIP team here in Val d'Isere. Special thanks to our fantastic chalet host Imogen who has kept the chalet impeccably clean and has spoilt us thoroughly, even cooking us a tartiflette one evening. A bit bemused by pool table in common lounge which is rather out of place and completely compromises enjoyment of the large widescreen television when in use. This was our first VIP holiday and we are impressed enough to have already booked another VIP trip later in the season in St Anton.

I just wanted to commend VIP for such great facilities and staff. Most importantly our staff and chef were first class. They were warm, welcoming and worked very hard to ensure our comfort and happiness. The food was five star, and really thought through. If there is such a thing as performance related bonuses, this small team deserve them!
