Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Excellent holiday. Ben and Javier made us welcome, conjured up some amazing food and helped us get the most out of Val d'Isere. Well setup chalet with all ensuites, great hot tub and easy access to the pistes. Ski back a bit more limited.
Fantastic chalet, staff and service. Highlights were the amazing food every day, the friendly staff, location of the chalet with true ski in ski out, hot tub and car service.
We were looked after very well during our stay at the Chalet in a homely atmosphere. The chalet is well laid out and close to the slopes. I thought the food was excellent every night as were the cakes on our return from skiing.
From the start the VIP team have been great. From the warm welcome we received on arrival to the fantastic food the whole experience has been great. I heard comments from the other guests that when they thought of something they needed, it was there before they asked and I would agree. Many thanks to Claire, Jermaine, Emma and Leah for a great holiday.
This review is intended to represent what Kate and Beth do - enjoy themselves and surprise and delight their guests. On valentines night, Kate and Beth went a bit nuts. We all got together as usual and drank a few glasses of good stuff, then they cagily suggested we should pop out of the dining room until 8pm - maybe 10-15 minutes. We grabbed a bottle from the carrefour down the hill and adjourned outside, using the bathroom waste paper basket as an ice bucket and the electricity meter as a stand for the booze. Hilarity ensued - check pictures ;-) When we got back, I deftly pressed the light button on the stairs - d'oh' - we then waited 10 mins for the lights to go off again before we popped up. What awaited us was a valentines treat - the guys put candles everywhere, and themed the evening to valentines day. The cheese board included themed cheesy chat up lines which led to a truly excellent evening including the epic line "roses are red, violets are blue, I've got a gun, get in the van".
