Very comfortable chalet. Excellent hosts in Geoff and Penny.nothing too much trouble.from skiing with our 2 year old, to serving up fantastic meals to suit children and adults , some of whom were gluten intolerant.Couldnt have asked for better hosts. New generation ski school were fantastic and would highly recommend Christian and his team.

Our extended family stayed for a week and the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Our grandchildren have food allergies and that was no problem for the amazing cooks. There are so many toys for children, a special high tea for them and an atmostphere that the whole family could relax and enjoy. In the evening, the chefs turned their attention to producing wonderful meals for the adults, so much so that we hardly ventured outside the hotel. The manageress Sarah and her team are a real credit to the organisation. I have been fortunate enough to stay in some fabulous hotels but the service in this one has been the best. Well done guys.

A fantastic weeks skiing - we were very lucky to have good snow and blue skies and there is such a lot of skiing to be experienced. Skied over to Italy 3 times which is amazing and explored Zermatt which has great slopes for all levels of skier. Emmy our chalet host is an exceptional cook and the meals were wonderful - our boys had the adult menu for the first time this year and they enjoyed the variety of each day's meal. The Chalet is cozy, nicely furnished and centrally located in the village. We had ski hosting with Becca for 3 days which was lovely and we skied the best of the slopes and ate in lovely restsurants. Overall a brilliant stay, as ever, the only downside is having to catch the bus to the lift, which whilst it is only 100 metres, the bus can be crowded and there is usually a queue. Small price to pay though for fabulous skiing. Well done VIP Ski.

What a time in Val d'Isere we have had in La Petite Ferme! It's a wonderful chalet where we have been superbly hosted by M. Joe. We wake up late, eat late, ski a bit, work a bit, sleep a lot then M. Joe reappears to provide another super meal. Merci La Petite Ferme et merci M. Joe, whoever was lucky enough to bring you up and live with you for 17 years has been fortunate indeed. Bon chance M. Joe and look us up whenever you are in Sydney, David et Kirsten

Although the weather report couldn't promise us snow, VIP pulled out all the stops to make our ski holiday run smoothly. Our lovely chalet host, Ollie, gave us a very warm welcome with afternoon tea (delicious cookies), canapés and champagne. He continued to spoil us with morning tea, cooked breakfasts and delicious three course meals, cooked to perfection. A welcome change from the self-catering ski holidays we usually take. The chalet, which is new this season, was well appointed, luxurious and very clean with fantastic attention to detail and fully en-suite which was great. Meanwhile, the VIP resort staff worked miracles to ensure that we received daily lift passes and a driver to take us to the slopes. With only limited ski passes available due to the poor snow conditions we were immensely grateful to be able to ski (and rather guilty when we walked past a long queue of hopefuls each evening as we exited the super morzine lift!!). A big thank you to all the staff who made our holiday so wonderful, and especially to Ollie who worked tirelessly to ensure we had a relaxing stay.

We stayed at Chalet Maison in Alpe D'Huez the week before Christmas 2014 with our great friends, the Jones family, and we all absolutely loved it! The chalet itself was fabulous - great location, modern and beautifully appointed; the food was truly sensational (lovingly prepared by Charlie and Andy); and the friendliness, charm and good humour of all the VIP ski staff was quite remarkable. What a lovely bunch of true professionals. I honestly couldn't fault anything significant in relation to our stay. Top marks everyone !!!!

We have just returned from a holiday in Verbier with you and would comment as follows: Staff Your staff and their attentiveness was absolutely first class, nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, helpful dealt with everything we asked. Liam in our Chalet made us very welcome and single handedly enabled us all to add on a few pounds in weight over the 7 days. Andrew - helped my wife with a problem with skis and explained everything fully, lift passes, ski hire etc. Laura - ski rep took us on a terrific trip to the 4 Vallees The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was a slight lack of knowledge of the resort, best ski runs, restaurants, other things to do in the resort other than ski, eat and drink. I appreciate it is early in the season but those that had not worked there previously were not sufficiently aware of where things were, great places to eat etc. However overall the rating for the team was 5 * overall. The Accommodation I have been on many ski holidays and never paid anything like what we paid for the last week. The accommodation was small, dated, did not have sufficient seating in the main living area for 5 on a lounge chair. The bathrooms were very dated and access from the main bedroom on the ground floor to the main bathroom was through the hall/kitchen/ living area. The main bathroom even had a washing machine in it. Shower fittings and the shower and bathroom suite were really substandard in my opinion. The kitchen was very old fashioned with cheap fittings and a grotty microwave tucked away in a cupboard. The place was spotless thanks to the efforts of Liam but frankly for the price I paid for this holiday your accommodation fell well short of my expectation. I believe on a per person basis I have paid similar to the other substantially up market chalets and was told the location was superior, which I do not believe it was, albeit the location was excellent. If it hadn't been for the excellent efforts of your team this review would be much more strongly worded. It didn't ruin our holiday but the accommodation certainly didn't make us feel like VIP's!! My wife has submitted a review already but we felt it was not generous enough with comments on staff and not hard enough on the accommodation. I'm afraid I have gone away slightly disappointed which is a great shame. Regards Tim

We thank you for your comments with regard to our staff and service but are extremely sorry that you did not enjoy the chalet. In light of your comments I have reviewed our description and pictures to check that we have not been disingenuous in any way. Regrettably I do feel that our description is scrupulously honest and a fair representation of the accommodation.
