Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We found our chalet staff a pleasure to be around and food / service was great. There were a few issues with the chalet that did not relate to the staff and we will disclose that another time to ensure this does not have an effect on them as they did their best to help where possible. Thank you.
Not quite VIP. Chalet is clean and comfortable but overly warm. Chalet hosts were nice and efficient but could do with interacting with guests a bit more. The main problem seems to be communication or lack of it. Duty drivers don't answer and booking a taxi turned into a nightmare waste of time as we were shuttled to and from the chalet. The resort itself is lovely but the chalet is most definitely not ski in ski out. You can ski out but ski in you would have to be a serious professional- we watched several failed attempts! These are minor irritatations but not what we are used to however if you use the term VIP you need to live up to it.
Our sincere apologies with regard to the taxi communication during your stay. We have made a few changes to try and ensure the duty driver is always available following your comments. We recognize that whilst skating away from the chalet is easy in the morning, you do need a bit of bravado, speed and agility to get all the way back of an evening without a short walk, our apologies if you felt that we had been misleading. Nici Hardy. Marketing Manager.
The resort was great with its links to other ski areas. The chalet was comfortable if a little over warm. The main meals were excellent. The negatives were the lack of choice at breakfast, would have been so easy to put out meats and cheese! The organisation from the resort team was poor with taxi's not being ordered correctly and the lack of communication around booking the meals or what would happen on the hosts day off. Small details like filling to fill the coffee or putting breakfast out on the day off, make all the difference. The hosts were pleasant but not as interactive and sociable as we are used to. All in all it was very good but the attention to detail we are used to was not there which was frustrating when the company use VIP in their name.
We are extremely sorry that a number of small but nonetheless important service details were not as they should have been during your stay. As you say, this is very important to us, and we have spoken to those concerned. We are confident that these issues have now been addressed and thank you for brining them to our attention. Our apologies for having let you down. Pip Brockman. Operations Director.
Great accommodation and service, thanks to Amanda, Kate, Matt and the chefs for looking after us all week. Food was great and was adapted to suit my gluten free needs and there was plentiful wine and beer on tap! Hot tubs were great to dive into after a hard days ski to relax your aching muscles.
From start to finish this has been the best ski holiday I have ever experienced. The transfer was smooth, snow was good, chalet and food amazing. Best of all were the chalet hosts and the chefs. Amanda Kate and Matt always went the extra mile to make things perfect. Although I do think throwing snowballs at the window from the hot tub to attract their attention so they could bring me a beer was slightly taking advantage of them. Would love to come back again soon.
