Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

I have already sent a review of the holiday - which was excellent. UNTIL........ we got to Geneva airport. So this is not a complaint against VIP - but I feel you felt the need to let you know about our experience of Aer Lingus as it is a component part of the holiday. The flight was delayed by fog - unavoidable. But we were left at the departure gate in packed conditions with absolutely zero information from ground staff there. When we did finally get onto the plane it was filthy - rubbish from previous passengers left on, and in the backs of seats - including half empty cups of coke ready to spill over us at the slightest jolt. The air stewards were very defensive saying that it wasn't their role to clean and that we should complain to Aer Lingus. It was such a contrast to the rest of our holiday experience.
It was undoubtedly a very difficult day for airlines with the fog, nonetheless we are disappointed to hear that the service from Aer Lingus was so disappointing. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, we are liaising with Aer Lingus to ensure this is not repeated. Please accept our apologies on behalf of the airline. Although the snow was minimal the staff made up for it in everyway 10 out of 10 for everything - Thank you
Our week's holiday spent at Pierre was fabulous. The chalet had the perfect Alpine charm we wanted at Christmas: a roaring fire, sheepskin rugs covering the sofas, a cosy atmosphere for socialising, a free wine/beer selection you could help yourself to, even a luxury hot tub to use...I could go on! The location of the chalet was great - quiet but fully accessible for the VIP shuttle vans and the free Meribus that ran regularly into the centre, plus the Morel chair lift was only a stone's throw away. The chalet hosts were brilliant and really helped make our Christmas special throughout the week. They worked hard, kept the chalet clean and efficient at all times, were super friendly to all and unerringly enthusiastic and chirpy. Nothing was too much trouble and they had a genuine desire to make sure everyone's requirements were catered for at all times. Alex, Becky & Kate - thank you :-) As for the chef - what a superstar! Happy all the time (even at 6am when he came in early to cater for bacon rolls for our early departure!) - even his singing from the kitchen was a delight! Again, nothing was too much trouble, even with a troublesome pescatarian and a 9yo to cater for, Chris truly spoilt everyone with his fantastic culinary skills - food was super tasty, varied and a real treat. Special mention must go to his Christmas Day dinner - almost as good as mum makes ;-) This was our first holiday with VIP and we were so impressed with everything from beginning to end - we will definitely be booking another holiday with you guys again in the future.
We were wonderfully well looked after by VIP ski, as soon as we checked in at Gatwick everything that needed to was taken care of. And all with a very easy charm. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished - only one change any of us would suggest is to put a sofa (rather than those tall chairs) and a reading light at the kitchen end of the sitting room to give those who want to sit and read in quiet a bit more space away from the general hubbub. Louise and Charlie fed and hosted us magnificently. For those needing a day off the slopes, the apartment was perfect. The only thing not perfect was the unseasonal lack of snow
