Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Another fantastic stay at hotel Montjola even better than last year. Having had a severe accident on day one needing an operation the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Special mention goes out to Kat & Will for their attention to detail and can do attitude but the stars of the show were the boys that drove the VIP shuttles. Nothing was too much trouble, they were available at any hour of the day and always had a smile on their face even early on New Year's day. The food was even better than last year although still no sausages at breakfast which is strange when they feature on almost every menu in Austria. Glad to see some of the same faces from last year as as element of continuity is very important when you return year after year. Only area of criticism is the flights. I would like to see VIP using more of a VIP type airline rather than a low end carrier and I would expect based on what we all paid for the week that an airline akin to BA would be more appropriate especially with the limitations on boot bags/luggage allowances although Germania did run like clockwork. Overall more of the same please VIP Ski.
Brilliant all around. The staff were excellent - nothing too much trouble. The guides did as brilliant job considering the poor snow conditions
The VIP Team made the trip for us. The food and service in the chalet provided by Amy were spectacular and she joined in the various games that were ongoing all week - Perudo & Washed/Unwashed!. The attention to detail and hard work she put in was appreciated every day by the hearty appetites of the four 20somethings in our Team. The champagne & canapés went down well on arrival and NY eve - the bucks fizz less so after a riotous evening in the Place Centrale!! The proximity to the Medran lifts and the nightlife made this spot a great choice. The ability to leave boots and skis at the lift base made the journey home all the easier. No1 ski hire were very helpful in kitting us out - just ensure they have zapped everything back in again! The sunshine compensated for the lack of snow and the Verbier Piste Meisters had done a good job protecting what they had, attracting skiers from other resorts less fortunate. The use of charter airlines has some advantages but we felt less than VIPs with a very basic meal and drink service (AI apologised on your behalf!) and no time in GVA to refuel our team.
Nothing was too much for any of the staff. Our room was perfect and was cleaned well everyday. The food was also incredible.
We've just returned from our stay with the wonderful Rob and Sam at Chalet Kaila. They were absolutely brilliant - they got all the extras we requested (marmite and extra Nutella!) and the food was superb (especially the Guiness cake). We got daily advice on where to ski and when to go. The chalet was wonderful, clean, warm and welcoming and in a perfect place very close to the bubble up to the ..... snow. We're in the process of booking another holiday in February and I must admit we wouldn't go with any other company - this is our 2nd time with VIP and they are the best in our opinion.
Great team of chalet hosts, ski hosts, chefs and catering, housekeeping, transport and entertainment. Holiday was one of the best ever, with nothing too much trouble for Cat and her team. Great to be in St Anton with our family for the New Year festivities. Food and drink first class. Spa and hot tub relaxing at the end of each skiing day. Couldn't be negative about anything!
