A really fantastic week in Chalet Zebra - the hosts, Ben and Laura, were superb! Their food was always excellent; the chalet was always immaculate and the all round experience was outstanding. I'd like to extend a huge thank you to all the drivers we met too - a great bunch, always engaging, friendly, extremely helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. That service is a real bonus and makes all the difference to the holiday. From booking, to the transfer back to the airport at the end of the week, the service was A* and every single member of VIP staff we met was a credit to the company. Thank you to everyone - we will certainly book with you again. (Quick feedback on bedside lights - they would be a real help, as the ones on wall weren't up to the job!).

A great resort and fabulous accommodation and location. Unfortunately some high winds and poor visibility limited skiing on 3 out of 6 of our ski days. Would definitely return to explore more of the resort.

The transfer to val, and then up to the chalet was excellent. We met some fantastic people and some wonderful hosts. The room was slightly small but still adequate, and the view amazing. The food, in general was very good, but a couple of the meal portions / tastes were not quite as expected. I expect the chefs work with what they have. Having stayed here last year, the one big plus is the pool and spa. The lifts were closed a couple of days due to weather and the pool was very well used by us. On the down side, the steps from the road up to the 'even roomed' boot room is closed off. Not ideal. The refurbished lounge is also very nice, as is the bar area. Overall chalet still very very good, and if vip had listened to our comments last year and put some hooks up outside next to the hot tubs, we would have given four and a half stars. We will definitely be back, and I think that says it all.

To all at VIP-Chalets, starting with my initial contact via email using your company for the 1st time, making the decision on location/Chalet, Joanna Hardy, enabled me to make the right decision that best suited my family of four. With Helen being our host for the week in Little Zebra was so nice & helpful, nothing was ever any hassle & her cooking/baking was top class, Helen made our week so relaxing & enjoyable - my two teenagers are a bit fussy when it comes to eating, but they eat everything Helen kindly provided us. All the drivers that picked us up, even when we ended up at the bottom of a run not knowing where we were !!!! they found us & took us home, they were all so pleasant & willing to help & your resort mangers made sure everything connected 100% - I am so pleased to have used your company & even more so considering I live in Dublin. I would highly recommend your company & would not hesitate using VIP Chalets again in the future ( from beginning to end VIP-Chalets were fantastic). My only suggestion is cosmetic for Little Zebra, you should add a corner suite where the couch is now & use existing couch to replace the two small chairs - great job guys & thanks for making our ski trip so enjoyable. This was the first time our group had been to Alpe d Huez. Our Chalet was Ski in Ski out and the lift was within a minute or two of the chalet. Our chalet hosts were welcoming and friendly and the chalet was just as the pictures had illustrated. The chalet was very clean and all the amenities were great. The food freshly cooked daily by our hosts was very good and the complimentary wine was satisfactory.Our night out on wednesday was great visiting a local French restaurant called Passe Montagne, well worth a visit if you are looking for french food. Our only disappointment was the village, quiet, with very few restaurants or bars open that were worth visiting, we did find one above a row of shops where we all visited on a daily basis.Skiing for all levels was available albeit we had rather a lot of snow resulting in the top of the mountain being closed. Would we visit again, maybe. VIP do a great job in resort and are always available to advise and assist. A great company to travel with.

A great location, ski in, ski out, luxury and wonderful food.......this is what makes a great ski holiday. Then just add an easy booking process, the warmest welcome, wonderful hosts and children's nanny's and you have the perfect recipe. We were party of twelve adults and two babies in Chalet Manoir. Our hosts Ant, Alex and Jonny could not have done any more for us and we had the perfect nanny in Lilly (really outstanding) who looked after our two little ones, all with a cheery smile. A wonderful week with an abundance of snow to play in.........All you could wish for and more!!

We have been skiing for many years and without a doubt this is the best chalet experience we have had. The chalet hosts Katie and Scott were superb, nothing was too much trouble and the food was fantastic. The chalet itself was clean, well equipped and spacious, and we very much valued the ski in/out position. What we really enjoyed were the VIP Ski extra touches that you don't get with many other companies - champagne and canapés, morning and afternoon shuttle service to the chalet if required, concierge who were happy to help with all queries/book restaurants/advise on activities etc, and the constant checking that we had everything we needed (thanks Will!). A lot of the guests we met were returners, a great advert for VIP Ski. Added to this was 50cm of new snow and a huge ski area, what more could you want!
