Food was banging, hosts were brilliant, really down to earth and made things fun. They were so accomodating to my annoying foodie needs, and I really appreciated that, didn't feel left out with any meals and they were so tasty. Recommend it to anyone, all 3 chefs were so knowledgable and learnt so many tips and tricks which will hopefully make my season easier. Chalet was beautiful too. Cheers for a brilliant week x

The course was amazing I learnt so much and there was plenty of food to spare. It was very relaxed but extremely informative and you leave with folder full of recipes and tips for chalet hosting.

Brilliant week on the course, James Fiona and Barry were excellent teachers. Would recommend doing it if you are thinking of doing a ski season, gives you a great insight into what it entails.

We had the most PERFECT action packed week staying at Altitude lodge in Les Gets. Holidays do not get much better than this! The VIP team at Altitude never seemed overwhelmed by our group which including 13 children and 8 adults! The staff went above and beyond our expectations. This always included authentically "happy" yet efficient service. The food was excellent and the 2 amazing birthday cakes that were created for my 2 daughters, were an example of the kind of personalised service we received that week. We used VIP nannies and Lily in particular was outstanding. Lily organised so many fun activities for the children and she was so accommodating and resilient. Remember, she had to look after and co-ordinate 13 children- she needs a medal! Altitude lodge is an amazing Chalet in the most beautiful setting. The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms with most of the rooms having private terraces or balconies- some even hot tubs. We never felt like we were imposing on each others personal space because the lay- out of the rooms have been designed with this in mind. The outdoor spaces at Altitude make the most of the stunning scenery. There is a large deck for outdoor lazing or dining- We did Pilates on it most mornings or HIIT sessions! We would go for morning runs along the various mountain tracks - Our favourite walking/ running track from Altitude leads to the top of the Pleney in Morzine. The scenery is breath taking. Then to return to a continental buffet breakfast followed by a cooked breakfast (mostly the men), mornings don't get much better! We also walked this track with the children, stopping at the restaurant on the Morzine side of the golf course for a delicious lunch and then making our way down to the telecabine at the top of the Pleney which took us down into Morzine. There is a super fun luge there and the children loved it- so did the adults! Morzine is my favourite village in the french alps and has so much to offer- but that's another story altogether! We are all very active families and most mornings were spent taking the children mountain biking, white water rafting, horse riding, exploring the mountains, waterfall walks and the children especially loved the high ropes through the trees in Nyon. The afternoons were spent at Les Get lake or relaxing at the lodge whilst the kids played in the mountain air! One of my favourite days was the day spent on Lake Montriond. It is one of The Most Beautiful places in the World! Our whole group spent the day Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Swimming and the staff at Altitude packed us an amazing luxury picnic, which was way beyond our expectations! There are ponies at the lake too so in between all the water sport fun, the children enjoyed the pony rides around the lake. Altitude Lodge was one of the best family holidays ALL 5 families have ever had! We made memories that will last forever and we all can't wait to go back next year!! We’re back home now after our trip to France, and I just wanted to say a big thanks to VIP for the excellent week we spent in Morzine. Rob and Hannah were fantastic, helping us settle in and especially advising us on our day trips. They were also very patient with the kids and their various breakfast demands. All in all we were very well looked after. We’ll definitely consider VIP again, next time we head to the Alps, winter or summer.

Morzine is a fantastic place to have a active family holiday. Our 3 boys aged 10, 13 and 16 absolutely loved it. Can thoroughly recommend Chalet Berger as a perfect central base to explore Morzine and the surrounding areas. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We particularly loved the hot tub! Rob was absolutely brilliant in advising us on places to go and things to do and we felt really well looked after. Thumbs up to VIP ski for great accommodation and very helpful staff.
