We’ve definitely got your holiday covered but there's lot's of other things we may be able to help you with too. We believe that a ski chalet holiday should be easy and seamless, so we've created a check list for you below, don't forget we're here to help so please call us on 0208 875 1957 if you wish to book any of these items, or need help with anything.

Holiday Insurance

Please remember it is a condition of travelling with us that you and everyone in your party has adequate insurance cover. We provide our bespoke policy to you at cost price.

Airport parking

We are working in partnership with I Love Meet and Greet to offer you a discount on your airport parking at Gatwick, Manchester and Heathrow. On the day you travel, simply drive to the terminal where one of the I Love Meet and Greet drivers will take your car back to their secure car park. On your return, you telephone them when you have passed customs and they will bring your car right back outside the terminal for you.

Lift passes - your ticket to the slopes

Possibly one of the most important aspects of a ski holiday, the lift pass is vital unless you plan to walk up the mountain before skiing down! Pre-book your lift pass directly with us before you travel and we will delivered to your chalet before breakfast on the first morning.

Ski carriage

Ski and snowboard carriage is limited on our flights so must be pre-booked if you plan to take your own equipment to resort. Please call us on 0208 875 1957 immediately if you wish to add ski carriage to your booking.

Equipment hire

You can't get down the mountain without skis or a snowboard and boots...another vital part to a fantastic ski holiday. Booking your ski equipment before you get to resort you can save time and money. We've sourced the best suppliers and negotiated some great prices for ski hire in each resort.

Ski lessons

Whether you're 6 or 60, a complete beginner or an advanced skier, everyone can benefit from a lesson. There are several ski school providers in each of our resorts, each will offer a variety of tuition options from beginner groups to private lessons and off piste guiding, however, some may specialise in a particular area. We do have recommended suppliers and can pre-book lessons with many of them on your behalf. Pre-booking is absolutely essential if you are travelling on a school holiday date.

Childcare, equipment and babysitting

If you haven't already pre-book our private nanny service, it may not be too late to arrange anything from a half-day up to a full week.

On request and subject to availability, we can also provide the following items free of charge: Highchair,  Stairgate (available at selected chalets), Potty, Toilet step, Toilet seat, Bed guard, Steriliser, Buggy, Baby monitor, Baby bath, Baby Bouncer and Table Booster. To ensure these items are in the chalet/hotel on your arrival please request at least 2 weeks prior to departure directly with our UK Sales Team.



You can now check your booking details on our website. You can make payments, input passenger names, passport details and book extras such as lift passes, ski hire and ski carriage. Simply click the ‘My VIP SKI’ button at the top right of our website. To log into your booking you will need your booking reference, lead passenger surname and postcode as detailed on your holiday invoice.

Private transfers - If you would prefer the comfort or intimacy of a private taxi straight from the airport terminal to your chalet, we can arrange this for you. Pre-booking is essential.

Platinum upgrade - We're renowned for offering excellent service and superb cuisine but for those of you looking for an even greater degree of luxury, you may be interested in our Platinum Service Upgrade.

Switch menu - Some of our guests have commented that occasionally they would prefer a more simple dish for dinner, especially after a substantial lunch on the mountain. Check out our Switch Menu here.

Chef upgrade - If you fancy yourself as a bit of a foodie, why not select our Chef Service upgrade? Your private chef will call before you travel to discuss a personalised menu plan.

Beer & Aperitif upgrade - Swap stories from the slopes over some nibbles and an apertif on six evenings. We'll also include unlimted beer. Find out more here.

Helicopter transfer - Be whisked into resort in the most glamorous and exciting way possible - in a helicopter! This has to be the most perfect travel option for couples who want to enjoy a romantic flight over the Alps, or for those just looking to treat themselves to an unforgettable experience.
