Afternoon Tea: your daily treat

Return from the slopes to a tempting array of home-baked treats, crafted to warm you up and satisfy your sweet cravings. Each day brings a delicious selection of freshly baked cakes and biscuits, perfect for sharing or enjoying with a cup of tea.

  • Orange & Cardamom Loaf: zesty and fragrant with warming spices

  • Roasted Pear, Goat’s Cheese, Rosemary Honey Dressing & Walnuts: Elegant and aromatic.
  • Thai Fishcake with Sweet Chilli Sauce: Crisp, zesty, and bursting with flavour.
  • Roasted Tomato & Lentil Soup: A classic, with a rich, savoury depth.
  • Blackened Asparagus with Romesco Sauce: Chargrilled spears served with a smoky, nutty Spanish dip.
Vegetarian alternatives include a Thai Potato Cake, or a Spinach & Cream Cheese Muffin. For vegans, our Roasted Pear is paired with beetroot tartar and a rosemary agave dressing.

  • Coffee-Brined Rump Steak: With sweet potato purée, balsamic shallots, roasted broccoli, and rosemary butter.
  • Duck Breast: With leek hash, marmalade carrots, roasted fennel, and a rich red wine jus.

Customisable menu options

Traveling as a group? Our Switch Menu gives whole chalet bookings the chance to tailor the menu to their tastes. Whether it’s a hearty Butter Chicken Curry, a bubbling Homemade Lasagne, or a Tartiflette with Charcuterie, we’ll help design a menu that matches your mood. Lighter options like Chicken Caesar Salad or Soy, Ginger & Chilli Seabream are also available for evenings when you’ve overindulged at lunch.
