Finding vegetarian and vegan options in Val d'Isère used to be a challenge, with goat's cheese salad or cheese fondue often being the only choices and nothing to offer for those seeking plant-based dishes. Thankfully, times have changed and most restaurants now offer a wider variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
