Improve your skills with our chalet host cookery course

So you’ve made the decision to spend a winter working as a chalet host in a ski resort – great move, I promise you won’t regret it! But if like me, you’re wondering how you’ll ever learn to manage your time, chop so much veg and cook for a group of people all whilst maintaining a non-panicked, calm attitude – we’ve got the answer.

How much is the course?

For a shared twin room, it’s £645 per person or if you’d rather stay solo, it’s £745. You’ll be staying in one of our luxury VIP SKI chalets in the centre of Morzine (don’t forget your swim stuff for the hot tub!) The price includes 7 days breakfast, lunch and dinner with wine (excluding 1 evening), all food for practical sessions, return transfer from Geneva and an afternoon activity such as white water rafting. Please note your flights are not included, it’s up to you to book these and inform us when you’re due to arrive at Geneva.

What are you waiting for?

I can assure you, my cookery course experience taught me some very valuable skills. When faced with a gluten free, dairy free vegetarian, I was able to look back and remember a recipe we practised on the course – crisis averted! Not only can you impress your friends and family with everything you’ve learnt, it’s a great chance to practice working in a real chalet kitchen with a fun and relaxed team of people.

Call quick, we’ve only got a limited number of spaces available for week commencing 28 August. For more information, visit our Cookery Course page.
