Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

Laura has renewed our faith in the VIP experience. Amazingly organised and super efficient. The children's meals were fabulous and Laura managed to cater for our fussy eaters!! Dessert on the last evening went down a treat. The switch menu worked really well for us, and in fact Laura created meals from scratch to suit us, curry fab!!! The chalet was the cleanest it's ever been and we are returners of 6 years. Thank you Thank you Laura and Jono please come back for next year.
A truly fabulous stay in a great chalet in an ideal location close to the main lifts. Tamara, Louise and Hannah were excellent hosts and cared for our every need. The food was varied and superb, with as much effort going into the vegetarian option as the main dishes. The rooms were clean with modern facilities and plentiful supply of toiletries. The kids room was excellent, just a shame we weren't told about it for 2 days. It would be helpful to have a better induction into the resort and the chalet. Overall a fabulous stay and we'd definitely recommend it as a great family chalet. We would certainly come again!
We had a fantastic holiday. We were beautifully looked after by Charlotte and Lucy who coped very well with our wide range of queries. We loved having our tea delivered in the morning and having four meals a day ( breakfast, tea, children's supper and dinner) cooked and cleared up. Our noisy children were tolerated with charm. The skiing was lovely and there was plenty of variety to suit all ranges of abilities. It was wonderful to be able to ski to the door and the chalet could not have been better located. At the end of the day we sat in the hot tub or went tobogganing. Morzine was very pretty and we had an excellent night out on the town.
A wonderful holiday made by our fantastic chalet hosts Jake and Susan who could not have been better. Some teething issues with new chalet (wifi, TV/DVD not working etc) which others in our party will have documented I'm sure. We were understanding (in fact our boys helped fix the TV themselves), but other guests might not have been and we think this was not fair on our hosts. Generally the chalet, while lovely, luxurious and in a fantastic location, is probably not suitable for 12 as advertised. Most of the bedrooms are tiny, barely room to move and two of them are in the basement, dark and gloomy with poor access to light. They have only tiny light wells and no ventilation as the windows don't open. I think this should have been made clearer in the booking information and if you don't pre warn your guests for the coming season many will be very disappointed on arrival, especially where members of a group have paid the same for markedly different standards of accommodation. The food was fantastic particularly as our hosts were preparing meals for 12 with only one oven - again an example of how the chalet design has not been well thought through for large groups. Final example of the poor design is the boot room, which is too small and a real bottle neck when a group is trying to get in or out. Our transport from Geneva could have been slicker - our driver seemed unprepared for the weather conditions and had some difficulties attaching the required snow chains to get up from Morzine. All that said, Jake and Susan were such great hosts, resourceful and flexible with just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. Many thanks and much cudos to them.
VIP SKI. 8 Jan 2014.
We apologise for the ventilation issues on the lower ground floor. In our haste to have the chalet ready on time the ventilation holes in the light wells were not installed properly and this work was completed yesterday. There is now plenty of ventilation to the lower level and we are able to confirm that the windows do open fully. We will also ensure that the snow is cleared regularly around the light wells to ensure adequate natural light in Rooms 1 & 2. We can also confirm that the troubling issues with intermittent wifi speed, DVD and 5.1 surround sound were all resolved yesterday. We are sorry for these early teething issues on the new chalet which should not have occurred.
