Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

St Anton doesn't really need a review, only to say that we had a fantastic week with excellent snow. The off piste was fantastic and the pisted skiing area large. The VIP Hotel Montjola was pleasant and our group of 10 were well looked after by all the staff, who were incredibly hard working. Location was a short distance outside of the main area however this was not a problem since VIP provide at least one minibus (often two) throughout the main part of the day to shuttle you backwards and forwards. This works really well. The ski guiding was also well received and a pleasant change from the French resorts that now prohibit it. All in all, we had a great time. Thank you team.
Having been to St. Anton in the past with other ski companies offering similar concepts, we were pretty sure what to expect. However, VIP SKI have taken service to another level in the Montjola. The hotel reception/bar area had been newly refurbished for this season and was a welcome place to relax after a hard day on the slopes. The sensibly priced drinks at the bar ensured plenty of guests stayed in the hotel to socialise. Our room was kept beautifully cleaned and had a flat screen TV and excellent WIFI connection. The biggest highlight as far as the hotel was concerned was the outstanding food. Fabulous starters - deep fried poached egg my favourite and then on the same evening a toss up between beef wellington and delicious fish with a beautiful sauce. Applause for the chef but also to the staff who served us with a smile! We also enjoyed four days of ski hosting; all done with good humour and style thank you gentlemen. On top of all that, there was the shuttle bus and boot/ski storage in the town which when added to the rest of the package provided by VIP SKI made our St. Anton stay the best to date.
Friendly welcome at airport. Pleasant transfer with a warm welcome at Chalet Davos by Lucie & Sam. Excellent Chalet Superb food brilliant atmosphere with added bonus of A pickup from chalet to slope. FIRST CLASS
an alarm call every morning! that being a tea (or coffee) brought to the bedside table!!! what a start to the day. great breakfast, cake waiting for our afternoon return. a choice of starters main and sweet each day, followed by a cheese board! Nice size chalet. (A bit of a squeeze if all 18 people try to 'boot up' at the same time!!)It comes with a pair of rooms, twin and double, designed for a family, so if you are in one of them you share a bathroom. 4 staff to look after 18 guests and they did an amazing job all week. the lift couldn't have been much closer a few steps from the chalet, skis on a short ski path to the lift, and ski nearly all the way back, again only about a 30 second walk. nice hot tub, it could do with a few instructions for its use, it maybe common sense to shower after skiing before its use, but on holiday you may not think of it in the rush to get in, but then it goes out of use for 24 hours because it needs to be cleaned!! overall I would recommend this to any friend.
Had a really good holiday. The chalet was very comfortable and in a great location close to the medran lift. Laura was an excellent hostess, her food was delicious and the chalet was always clean and tidy. We enjoyed 2 great days with Rob who guided us all around the mountains, took us down the best runs and to some great places for lunch. The VIP experience was first class, everything ran smoothly, we could find no faults, and fully recommend chalet tortin.
We stayed at chablis with Lisa and dom and I have to say they were fantastic. Fun and welcoming from the start not to mention fantastic cooks (being a very keen cook myself I'm probably quite hard to please in this respect but everything was perfect even down to a lovely pink leg of lamb ...quite hard to achieve!). The chalet was lovely and cozy and our room had a fantastic view from the balcony and even from the shower window too! Loved the hot tub after a hard day on the slopes. Val d'isere however does seem to be more geared towards skiers than snowboarders... We had ordered a silver package for board hire and the service we got was less than desirable resulting in us having to swop boards several times and in the end going to a hire shop not in our package (the only boarding specific shop in val in fact). We did receive a full refund from the original package however but having poor and ill fitting equipment (because this was " all they had") for the first 4 days did take the shine off. The resort manager faye was great in sorting this out though. VIP just need to change who they hire boards from on their package as hiring from a ski shop who doesn't care about boarders isn't the way to go. If u r thinking of going just sort your own hire out for boards! We did have a lovely week tho and a big thank you to dom and Lisa who really did make it special!
Congrats to the whole VIP team, you were all fabulous! Special mention to Lorna and Emily for keeping us so well fed and watered, nothing was too much trouble for them. Great looking chalet, high spec with a cinema room and a pool table, will definitely be going back :o)
