Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We have had some amazing skiing holidays over the years but this rates as simply one of the best!!!! VIP ski are superbly organised, the standard of the chalets, the customer service and the sheer quality they offer as an all round package is simply superb. Emily and Lorna and the drivers were just brilliant and such talented cooks and hosts. Our fellow chalet guests were great fun and we ended up getting along like we had all been friends for years!!!! An amazing and memorable experience!! Book with these guys.... You will have no regrets!! Martin & Tracy Cooper

  • Fab-u-lous!

Andy, Hayley & Tom were fantastic - service brilliant, food excellent, chalet superb. Only niggle was the very low beams in room 7 - cracked my head on them multiple times - quite badly on last night. I would strongly urge that some (obviously stylish) padding be added to the main offenders - in other chalet's I've seen leather being used to encase a layer of foam padding.

The Lugano Suite is on the top floor of the most centrally placed apartment block in La Plagne Centre - facing the slopes and one minute to main Rochette tele-cabine. A perfect position for hassle-free skiing with private ski room situated on 3rd floor with individual private warmed locker. The Suite (accessed by lift) is spacious and well-appointed with all facilities including large wide-screen TV, free DVD's, iPad, games and library. All this is complimented by the fantastic services of Laura, our delightful chalet hostess and incredible cook. Having stayed in numerous chalets over the past 25 years I can state that she was the best at providing 'Michelin' quality cuisine of a standard rarely encountered and deserves much praise for her abilities not only in the kitchen but also her knowledge and manner at ensuring that we enjoyed our ski holiday - indeed, nothing was too much trouble. The afternoon cakes was a treat to look forward to and complimented by a welcoming note every day hoping that we had enjoyed our skiing and informing us, in detail, of the evening meal accompanied by non-plonk quality wine of limitless quantity. Opened wine, but not drunk, was NEVER served at later meals and, if required, one could choose from a large wine list of very decent wines at affordable prices. Dinner was three courses followed by a choice of cheese - and hence loosening of the belt. The ingredients were always fresh (a well-filled fruit bowl always at hand), the menu never predictable and more than a sufficient choice of everything one could wish for at any meal. Laura managed to cook and serve while keeping the kitchen and apartment spotless at all times without ever seeming it was a chore or drudgery for her. Impressed? I certainly was and we were very fortunate to have enjoyed her exceptional abilities for the week. It is a luxury and superior apartment and I have no hesitation in recommending this and the services of VIP-Chalets who have managed to employ exceptional staff and who make the customer feel they are never liability but a pleasure to look after. I cannot fault anything and the genuine praise I offer is as high as the Alps themselves.

Very enjoyable week. Chalet Kaila was excellent and Tom the perfect host. Weather was somewhat mixed but managed to ski on all but one day when the rain was torrential (worst day in the season we were informed!. We had a seven month old baby with us who was well looked after and had numerous toys to play with. And when we were not out there was the Winter Olympics to follow. We would definitely recommend the resort and the chalet to friends.

Usual good VIP service, food and accommodation. Great ski hosting that enhanced the holiday. Monarch flights are a step down with very slow baggage handling outbound and inbound.

  • Great holiday in Val d'Isere

Decided to ski in Europe for the first time in 15 years and we wanted to do it in style, so VIP ski was the obvious choice, we chose the ski in/ski out all inclusive Club Bellevarde. The service received before the holiday was impressive, due to a cancellation, we were able to upgrade our room a few days before the holiday. A call from the London team the day before was also comforting! just double checking on dietary requirements. After a long coach transfer, we finally arrived at the chalet, first impressions were lovely, the staff greeted us warmly, they had laid out afternoon team, bread, jam and a delicious cake. Every one started chatting and getting to know each other. On receiving our room keys, we found that we had been given our original room (not the upgraded one) and that the other room had been occupied by another guest, this caused massive disappointment to myself and my husband and a little tension between us and the staff. The staff were actually amazing and very apologetic, also received emails from the London team. It was all very embarrassing, and to stop ruining the holiday for everyone else in the chalet by making a huge fuss, we decided to stay where we were and get on with it. It was very difficult at times to keep quiet. Apart from this, the chalet was amazing, Lorna and Finn, our chefs, delighted us every evening with their culinary skills, the food was to a standard that you would see in top restaurants in London, extremely impressed even my scrambled eggs in the morning were the best I had ever tasted. Sophie, our resort manager made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we were well looked after. As per other reviews, there were a couple of down points to the chalet, the bedrooms were very very hot, and to keep cool, you need to keep the window open all night, (my husband actually woke up one morning with snow on him as we had a blizzard in the night), also our room was at the back of the chalet and opposite is the Club Med complex, this caused a few problems trying to get to sleep, due to their disco nights, but to be honest, you got used to it. We were very lucky with the snow conditions too, skiing back to the chalet was very easy. Despite the earlier complications, we had a brilliant ski holiday, met some fantastic people, some who we have kept in touch with and hopefully will meet up again with next year at another VIP ski chalet. On returning to the UK, we received a letter from VIP operations manager, apologising again. I would like to thank VIP publicly for looking after us, and yes , we will return with you again.
