The cookery course was absolutely amazing! Ant, Katy and Katie were fantastic teachers, I learnt loads and couldn't have asked for a better week. I would recommend this is course to anyone! And I think anyone who gets Ant, Katy and Katie cooking/looking after them during the winter season are very lucky people. Overall, I feel confident in my cooking ability and look forward to the winter season ahead. Thank you!

The Hospitality at the Altitude Lodge was spectacular. The answer to all requests directed at Laura and Polly was always "of course" no matter how obscure! We simply loved our stay in the superb accommodation in its fabulous and peaceful setting. Thanks for your welcome. Russell and Ana. First time at Alttitude Lodge, loved it. Gorgeous place to stay, very clean, rooms are fantastic, surrounding area is amazing, staff are some of the best I've ever experienced. This was our first venture to the Alps outside of the ski season and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The chalet was great and the breakfast/evening meals we had pre- booked were all absolutely spot on and really made a difference to our week. I recommend doing this but good to leave yourself a few nights to explore the many options for eating out in Morzine too. The VIP team led by Rob were all superb hosts and Rob in particular was a great source of ideas and suggestions giving us loads of options on things to do. His enthusiasm and desire for you to have a great time is genuine and he is truly inspirational. Highlights for us were the white water rafting, lake swimming and cycling up the col de joux verte. Would definitely go again.

By far the easiest holiday I've booked the booking and resort staff are unbelievable helpful and the accommodation couldn't have been better. Our group loved the holiday and will definitely be using this company again.

As a well know location for both mountain biking and cycling in general, it was great to finally visit the area and ride the absolute best trails possible - thanks to a brilliant guide, Charlie Garcin. Charlie understood the group well, and took us to some of the very best trails we've ever ridden. The chalet itself was luxurious, and the staff naturally polite and friendly - they were all helpful and looked after us well. Highly recommended.

We have never used VIP- Chalets before, but having just returned from a week in Morzine we would highly recommend them. The process prior to travel was informative at all points. We were met by Rob at our Chalet and welcomed in to our home for the next week. The chalet was great, all that we wanted and expected. Rob our rep was very friendly and very helpful at all times. Our children expected him to visit every day! He helped with walks, swimming pools, dropped things in like extra towels when he knew we had been swimming, all exceptional. Our son had an accident and Rob helped with hospitals, relevant certificates we required to fly etc. If you want a hassle free holiday with outstanding service and accommodation then VIP- Chalets are for you!

Had a wonderful holiday with VIP in Morzine. The chalet was faultless, very central and the kids loved their personal smart tv in each room. Rob was very helpful and gave good advice on local activities even going beyond the call of duty by offering us a lift to the lake when we missed the local bus! Welcome pack very useful however spar and bakery are right below the apartment and have everything you could need. This was our first stay in Morzine and we found the town beautiful and the people friendly. The area had plenty of activities for teenagers with a swimming pool, forest activity centre, tennis courts, and paddle boarding and canoeing at the lake. Also try the parapenting....if you're brave enough!!

We spent the first three nights of our honeymoon in the Little Lumi chalet. Stay was brilliant. Chalet was great and had everything we needed including great views. Resort was awesome as well, mountain biking and walking were great. The multi pass is ridiculously good value as well. Shame we didn't have more time there. We would definitely go back. Rob also let me win at tennis for no extra charge which was a nice touch.

VIP Ski came up with a fantastic solution for our summer short break to Morzine. I had two nights B&B in the main part of Alaska Lodge and then my wife and her friend came to join me for the weekend in the Valdez suite. The accomodation is beautiful, clean and modern, and I couldn't imagine a more central location. Rob was the perfect host - so enthusiastic and helpful, great knowledge of the resort and went out of his way to make sure we had everything wee needed for our stay.
