Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We all agree that we couldn't have had a more successful family holiday. VIP have made what can be a 'hard work' holiday, easy and relaxing. The drivers were available at any moment they were needed and always helpful with the skis. The chalet is beautiful and incredibly comfortable for 11 people. Our chalet hosts, Lucy and James, have been amazing and we all want them to come home with us!
We had a wonderful week in Chalet Kenai. Natalie was a wonderful host who catered to our every need. She was very knowledgable of the area and gave plenty of advice on bars/restaurants, ski areas and things to do in Morzine. The food was fantastic and of the highest quality. My girlfriend is a vegetarian which was no problem at all, Natalie had a different dinner for her every evening that was both healthy and tasty....not your typical pasta or pizza only options. The chalet is furnished to a high standard with plenty of warmth and very comfy beds. It's in a great location with both lifts within easy walking distance. The only thing I could think to improve it would be a hot tub! Thank you for a wonderful week, we will certainly be using VIP ski again.
Despite the lack of snow when we first arrived, we were soon to be inundated with powder on two consecutive days which was no doubt a relief to the resort and great fun for all of us. We predominately skied the Avoriaz side of the mountain which had a varied terrain and was great for all levels. We found the other side of the mountain to be less sunny and packed with beginners which is why we gave it a wide berth.... Now to the accommodation, Valdez is a lovely chalet and it was so nice to have it all to ourselves. However what really made our holiday was our chalet host Scotty. She is an amazing chef and host - the food was exceptional - and she surpassed all expectations!!! I won't say more as I don't want to spoil the culinary delights that she serves up every night. The resort has plenty to do even for those of you that don't ski, and surprisingly for France for the shops and bars are quite reasonable. If you like real ale and somewhere a little quirky you'll love the microbrewery Le Bec Jeune which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Also we enjoyed our walk to the waterfall at the bottom of the village. All in all we had a great trip - a bientot Morzine. A couple of suggestions for the communal areas: a bench downstairs to aid with putting on ski boots as it was abit of a bunfight in the morning and some hooks in the boot room to dry wet ski clothes.
