Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We travelled as a family of 5, including 2 children aged 2 and 3. We arrived at Geneva airport and were greeted by the VIP team and escorted to our coach. On arrival to our chalet we were made to feel so welcome by Becky, Katie and Kevin. Our 2 kids warmed to them instantly. They met their nanny Jess later that evening who has been absolutely amazing. It isn't easy looking after a 2 year old and a 3 year old but Jess made it look effortless and had such fun filled activities for them every day. She took our son Adam to his ski lessons, who he had with a company called Bass and a lovely instructor named Leslie. Adam took to skiing like a duck to water and was making snow plough turns independently after his 1st lesson. Back to the chalet, we had the whole chalet to ourselves, which made it so much easier with the kids. I imagine it would be a different story if there were many other guests staying there. The kids slept in the back rooms which were relatively quiet and they slept well. The front bedrooms are facing the central street which can be noisy at night, however when closing the shutters and Windows, this noise was barely noticeable. Kevin was the chalet chef and his food was the most equisite and delicious cuisine we have had for a long time. After a hard day of skiing we would look forward to his amazing cakes and food. Becky and Katie were fantastic hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The ski conditions when we first arrived were not optimal in Morzine, therefore we took a bus ride to the neighbouring Avoriaz to ski there. Initially it was very icy, and blue runs were quite hard to do because of this. Mid week we had some snow which certainly helped skiing conditions, and the best skiing was to be had on the Swiss side by the Cookie cafe I would certainly come back again if the snow conditions were better and if booking a chalet on an exclusive basis with kids.
