Clearly we think we're great, why come to work otherwise. But what do our customers say? We know that web sites are littered with anonymous out of date testimonials that it’s difficult to trust, but we're displaying comments written by our current and recent guests live, here on our web site. We're laying it bare, warts and all, and with the name of the writer attached. It’s not easy to look at yourself objectively, so don’t listen to us, listen to our guests.

We really enjoyed our week in St Anton. Our hosts Rich and Kath were very accommodating to our dietry requests and Will was very helpful organising extra lesssons for us. We really enjoyed the food and location. The chalet was kept clean and comfortable at all times and is only a short walk from the main shopping street. The Nasserin Lift was a short walk for beginners/ snowboarders or a short skate for skiers. We used this route to start most days. I would stay here again and definitey recommend VIP for their service.
Just returned from a fantastic week in Lech with VIP - everything from the word go was superb! Having previously travelled with the likes of Crystal Ski we expected a scrum on arrival at the airport, however Friedrichshafen is a quiet and well organised airport and we quickly had our bags and were on our way - it was a real shock for me as it was so stress free! Short transfer to Lech and the hotel was very well situated and organised. Food fantastic all week, great VIP staff across the board, nothing was too much trouble. Ski hosting was a great way to get to know your way around the mountain and to get to know the other guests. Bar area in the Hotel Theodul was ideal for apres-ski beers and meeting other guests in the evening to discuss the day's skiing. My only minor (constuctive!) critisism was that the Apple Strudel should be more authentically Austrian! I was expecting 'proper' apple strudel being in Austria and was a little disappointed to have a deconstructed version served up. The food throughout the week was absolutely A1, this is just a personal preference!
My family and friends spent a week in Alpe d'Huez from 2 - 8 January this year staying in Chalet la Maison. Usually, I don't bother writing reviews, however, I just had to write and bring attention how fabulous our chalet host was. It was Andy Bell's first week on his own and he got 'lumbered' with us, two families, one with one child and the other with three children, all under the age of 9yrs. He was quite simply superb! Nothing was too much trouble for Andy, he never appeared to get flustered, the food was fantastic and he was always very accommodating with the children. Even at 7am when they were being quite lively. His manners were exemplary. I only hope my son grows up to be half as polite and to top it all he made my son, Zeb a fantastic chocolate cake for his birthday on the last day. He knew he was a Chelsea football fan and made a blue football with football icing decorations he had sourced (and presumable paid for himself). My son was in seventh heaven...and so were we after we ate it! Last year we went to St Anton with Scott Dunn. You may have heard of them as they consider VIP SKI a competitor. Well in our eyes VIP SKI is far superior. You also employ superb people who are down to earth. Please do pass on our thanks to Andy. Thanks for a fabulous holiday, we'll be back next year.
