If you think you may have left something behind during your stay, let us know and our team will check with the relevant resort.

Our chalet teams check properties carefully between guest stays, but occasionally small items hide in pockets, drawers or under beds. If something may have been left behind, we’ll happily do our best to track it down.

How our lost property process works

Items found in resort
At the end of each guest stay, our chalet teams check bedrooms and communal areas for any belongings that may have been left behind.

Items are logged and stored
Items found by our teams are recorded and stored securely in resort for a limited period.

Report a missing item
If you believe you have left something behind, please complete the form below.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the item and where you think it may have been left. This will help our team identify it more quickly.
Once submitted, your request will be shared with the relevant resort team, and we will be in touch if the item is located.

If we locate your item
We will contact you to confirm and arrange its return. Postage or courier costs may apply depending on the item and destination.

Unclaimed items
Items that are not claimed within 6–8 weeks may be donated to local charities or responsibly disposed of.
