Bear Cubs shortlisted for Best Kids Club

We’re absolutely delighted to share that Bear Cubs at Bear Lodge has been shortlisted for Best Kids Club at the Junior Magazine Awards 2026.

For us, this recognition means a huge amount. Bear Cubs was created to solve a very real challenge for families skiing with young children - how to make a ski holiday feel like a holiday for everyone. Being shortlisted by Junior Magazine is a wonderful acknowledgement of the care, thought and warmth that goes into our childcare offering every single day.

Nestled within Bear Lodge, Bear Cubs is more than a kids club. It’s a calm, welcoming space where little ones are known by name, encouraged to explore, create and play, and cared for by qualified, English-speaking staff in a purpose-built Alpine environment. From crafts and stories to snowy outdoor adventures and cosy rest time, every detail is designed around comfort, confidence and fun.

Parents tell us it’s “the only ski holiday that actually feels like a holiday” - and that feedback is what we’re most proud of.

This winter also marks an exciting new chapter, as Bear Cubs launches at the Graciosa. The same thoughtful approach, trusted team ethos and child-first philosophy is now being enjoyed by families in our newest resort, and the feedback so far has been nothing short of fantastic.
