VIP SKI was established in 1989 in the living room of our Managing Director, Andy Sturt (well, his parent’s living room to be honest!). Since then, Andy and the rest of our team have been on a continuous journey to continuously enhance the quality of our holidays. We are relentlessly ambitious and always searching for like-minded individuals to join our happy and inspiring community.

The team is made up of 25 full time professionals and around 200 dedicated seasonal staff looking after over 8,000 guests each winter season. Our Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance teams are predominantly in the UK, whilst our Operations Team are based mainly in France.

Our seasonal ski team recruit each summer between June and October. More information on these ski season job opportunities can be found on the site, but includes ski resort jobs like Hotel Manager, Chalet Host, Chef and childcare roles. . Unlike almost all ski operators we also organise all the work visa formalities on your behalf before you travel to the Alps, that’s a serious headache avoided.

Even if we have no current vacancies, we’d love to hear from you if you have previous seasonal holiday experience or are perhaps already in France seeking work. We will always reply to you and keep your application on file so that we can contact you if a suitable role becomes available.
