    IMPORTANT - Please note: We accept bookings with children and infants on any date in Bear Lodge on room by room bookings, or on any date in any chalet if occupying the whole chalet. Also in all chalets for departures on 15, 22 & 29 Dec 2021; 6 & 13 Feb; 27 Mar; 3 & 10 Apr 2022 . Bookings made online outside these parameters unfortunately will not be accepted.

Menu 'switch' options...

Many of our guests have commented they would prefer to see a more simple dish on the menu, or maybe a lighter option. We’ve listened to your requests and are now offering menu choices which can be ‘switched in’ from our standard menu plan.

Catered ski chalets

How it works...

Simply select the dish you wish to switch (listed below 1-5), and select the dish you wish to replace it with (listed below A-G). 

  1. Chicken Saltimbocca with Lemon & Caper Sauce.  Served with Crushed Potatoes and seasonal vegetables
  2. Honey & Soy Glazed Pork Fillet. Served with Asian Slaw & Noodles
  3. Pan-fried Sea Bream with Warm Tomato, Olive & Herb Salsa.  Served with Sweet Potato & Potato Wedges and Pea Puree
  4. Roast Lamb with Rosemary & Peppercorn Red Wine Jus. Served with Cauliflower Puree, Roasted Root Vegetables and French Beans
  5. Duck Breast with Apricot & Szechuan Pepper Sauce. Served with Roast Potatoes, Roasted Balsamic Shallots, Sautéed Leeks and Broccoli

‘Switch’ in choices (LO = light option) ….

A. Tartiflette with charcuterie and green salad
B. Fish Pie with minted peas
C. Gourmet burgers with chunky chips
D. Homemade Lasagne and green salad
E. Savoyard Salad (LO)
F. Teriyaki grilled salmon with cucumber and sesame salad, served with rice (LO)
G. Lemon Baked chicken and quinoa salad (LO)
