Having started off in Morzine many moons ago, Andy is leader, creator and the constant driving force behind VIP SKI. He has a creative side - many of our chalets including Summit View in La Plagne, Le Village in Alpe d'Huez and the sucessful Altitude Lodge in Les Gets start off inside his head, and he leads the team to turn them into reality.

Our Sales and Marketing Director, Gareth, came to VIP SKI via many other ski Tour Operators including Crystal, Simply Ski, Bladon Lines and Inghams in a number of roles both overseas and in the UK way too long to feature. Gareth resides in the sales office at our SW London base and requires regular cups of tea to keep him going!

Nici is our Marketing Manager and is responsible for everything on and offline. With 3 ski seasons under her belt (a fair few years ago) she has worked in the travel industry in various Marketing guises ever since. 

Our resident Kiwi, Megan grew up in a ski resort - something we are all very jealous of! Having come to the UK via several winters in Tignes, Megan is responsible for keeping the office happy when her parents send over "Kiwi Care Packages" packed full of goodies! 

Sophie is another "child of ski" having spent most of her childhood living in Megeve while her parents ran a chalet so it's not suprising she ended up selling ski holidays.  She is taking her skiing to another level and has embarked on a BASI course in the hope of fullfiling her childhood dream of being an instructor!

Louise is the longest standing member of the VIP SKI Sales Team, having done her first stint in the office in 2002/03 her knowledge is second to none!  She left us to experience the Australian way of life, and to become a mummy to little Bertie, but we're thrilled she can't stay away and has her feet securely back in our London office. Her favourite resort is Morzine but as long as it is sunny and rose is involved...!

Rachael is your girl if you need to talk childcare! She joined VIP SKI in 2001 to set up our childcare program which has run with much success ever since.  Rachael passed the Childcare Manager baton to Rona in 2010, whilst taking some time out to have her second child but she couldn’t stay away and is back on board in the Sales Team. Her favourite places to ski are Meribel, Alp d’Huez and Morzine but loves the shopping in Val d’Isere!

Jess is the girl you need to speak to if you want to know anything about Val d'Isere having worked as a VIP SKI host in 2010. Jess now wears her 'admin' hat with pride and ensures everything to do with our holiday bookings are processed with absolute precision.

Dividing her time between Val d'Isere, Chamonix and Surrey, Pip's responsibilities are unending. Running all aspects of the overseas operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly Pip is unendingly calm and ensures our season runs like clockwork.

Kelly has years of experience with VIP SKI including Resort Manager and brochure cover girl! Having spent the summer in the UK office recruiting our overseas staff she is now back in France where she will be assisting Pip in running our Operations side.

Having worked several seasons for VIP SKI, including Val d'Isere Resort Manager, this winter Elle joins the Ops Team as Area Operations Manager. This summer Elle completed her first triathlon, so she's now well prepared for whatever this winter season throws at her.

Rona is our Childcare Manager and wholely responsible for all elements of our Childcare Program and for recruiting our fabulous team of nannies. She's based in the UK this winter so will be on hand to help out with any queries related to our little guests.
