The most oft-repeated comment that appears on our guest questionnaires is 'your staff really made the holiday', and to be honest we couldn't have put it better ourselves.

Brochure promises are all very well but we then have to live up to them. Our policy is to recruit personable individuals whose love of skiing is matched by a real understanding of genuine customer service. This means that our entire team is dedicated to delivering those promises from the moment you first pick up the phone to your return home.

Talking to people who care

We have some very fine chalets in France’s best resorts, but we believe that it is our knowledge and experience which places us head and shoulders above the competition when it comes to booking your holiday. We go to great lengths to ensure that this process is as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible, with phones answered by people who really understand chalet holidays. When you call our London office you will always be able to speak to someone who knows our resorts and all of our chalets. They will have bounced on the beds, lounged in the living area, hung over the balcony and perhaps even had a go in the hot tub! They know the ski area, the lifts and how long it really takes to walk to the piste or back from town. All have done at least a season or two themselves. We aim to match this knowledge with meticulous attention to detail in handling your booking, plus helpful and, above all, honest advice in making your holiday selection.
