Skiing in Switzerland
We previously offered chalets in Verbier and Zermatt. At the moment we are no longer offering these properties as part of our program for 2017/18 but we do hope to return to Verbier and Zermatt in the near future.
Considering Switzerland for your next ski holiday? Many Swiss ski resorts have a special relationship with the British, who invented downhill skiing in its modern form in Wengen and Murren by persuading the locals to run their mountain railways in winter and so act as ski lifts, and by organising the first downhill races. Whilst France is home to many purpose built resorts, Switzerland is the home of the mountain village that has transformed itself from traditional farming community into year round holiday resort. Many of Switzerland’s most famous mountain resorts are as popular in the summer as the winter.
The quality of service throughout Switzerland is generally high, the trains run like clockwork, the food is universally good quality, and of course, staying in a VIP SKI chalet the service will be second to none.

- "a resort where the mountains are not just high and snowy, but spectacularly scenic too"
- "the snow is rarely in short supply"
- "traditional village"
Why would we describe Verbier as one of the best ski resorts in Switzerland?
- "an off-piste wonder, with the right guidance and equipment, you can have the time of your life"
- "A European resort where you’ll have no difficulty finding somewhere to boogie"
Our Swiss ski resorts
We often say to Clients ‘everyone should visit Zermatt at least once in their skiing lifetime’. It truly is a magnificent town with great skiing on offer. Verbier is equally as enchanting, lying in a wide sunny bowl, with impressive views of the mountains that separate Switzerland with its neighbouring countries Italy and France, Verbier has plenty of Alpine charm.
