That’s why we have a fabulous team of Sales Specialists here in the UK office. Most of them have actually worked for us overseas, and delivered our service on the ground. They know the chalets and resorts well and are here to advise which will be the perfect holiday for you.
For those embracing the digital age, you can of course book your holiday directly through our website.
What’s more, we wanted to make it even easier for our Clients to check their booking details online, input passenger names and passport details, book extras such as lift passes, ski hire, private nannies and ski carriage.

Simply click the ‘My VIP SKI’ button at the top right of our website and log in using your booking details.
- Pre book your lift pass online - we’ll deliver it to your chalet on the first morning.
- Pre-book ski hire online - we’ll pass on your details to make sure you get the right equipment in resort.
- Update passenger names and passport information and add ski carriage online.
- Add special requests online – let us know if you have any dietary requirements, are celebrating a special occasion or any other requests.
