A regional airport near you

We understand that travelling isn’t the most enjoyable part of a holiday, that’s why we also provide charter flights from London Gatwick and Manchester, as well as scheduled flights from London Heathrow on selected dates. If, however, you’d prefer to fly from another regional airport, we’ll endeavour to find a suitable flight for you.

Our charter flights include seats on our coach transfers and where possible, we’ll reserve a seat on our transfer if you’re arriving from a regional airport.  We can also pre-book private taxis or smaller shared transfer services on your behalf, just ask our Sales Team for more information.

If you prefer to book your own flights and transfers, we can offer up to £150pp independent travel discount.

Joachim, also known as Joe, started his career as a chef 10 years ago. Since then, he has worked in a range of restaurants, including a prestigious Michelin star establishment. His love of food and determination to provide outstanding hospitality lead him to direct a successful business offering high-end catering for weddings, corporate functions, festivals and events. We were thrilled when he accepted the job with us in St Anton this winter.

Our chalet host cookery course

Joe is delighted to be a part of the training team this summer and will be leading our Chalet Host cookery courses on 23 & 30 June. The course covers all aspects of life as a chalet host, in a real chalet environment.

The course is delivered in the Alpine resort of Morzine. Based in one of our luxury chalets (with a hot tub!) it provides the perfect learning environment; you’ll be cooking in a chalet kitchen, at altitude, and with similar hours to that expected of you in a chalet host role.

Guaranteed interview

All participants of the course will be offered the opportunity to interview for a chalet host role with us for the 2018/19 winter season.

How much?

Alongside Joe, the course is delivered by experienced chalet hosts offering you their knowledge and guidance in a relaxed environment and with a maximum of 8 participants in any one session. It is designed to encourage you to interact, ask lots of questions and learn, not just about cooking but also life in general as a chalet host. 

£645 per person in a shared twin room

£745 for single occupancy of a double room

The nickname “Janpril” has surfaced amongst Val d’Isere locals, with cold temperatures and plenty of fresh snow. It looks like these wintery conditions are set to stay for a while. See it for yourself from £799pp from 15 April.

Taken from our webcam this morning, the conditions in Alpe d’Huez can only be described as spectacular. Wall to wall sunshine with powdery pistes, what’s not to love? We’ve got availability in our Chalet La Chapelle from 15^th April from £769pp

Reaching up to 3250m it’s easy to see why the Paradiski area is reporting 18cm of fresh snowfall and more to come in the next few days. We have rooms available in our La Plagne chalets next week, 15 April, from £700pp.

Mixed conditions have left our Meribel & Courchevel guests baffled, with blue skies in the morning turning to snow by the afternoon. Head out there this Sunday with 7 night holidays from £799 pp and short breaks in Meribel from £100pppn until 15 April.

Val d'Isere

Our team sent us this sunny shot from just outside The Farmhouse chalet on Tuesday morning. Temperatures were around -7 and I think it’s safe to say the snow isn’t going anywhere for a while. 

Courchevel

With so much snow arriving in the Three Valleys, Courchevel hosted a very special early opening day on Wednesday. Those lucky enough to live nearby took advantage of the fantastic conditions and we received these great photos from the resort. 

Meribel

The lifts in Meribel don’t open until early December but there’s been reports of locals hiking up the mountains to enjoy some of the fresh powder – I can’t say I blame them, the conditions sound simply unmissable. 

La Plagne

Our very own La Plagne webcam has been reporting blue skies and fresh snow all week. With exactly one month until it opens, we’re so excited for the start of another season in La Plagne. 

Portes du Soleil

On their way back from Val d’Isere our team went via Morzine to visit our new Colibri chalets. They told us snow conditions were as good as Val d’Isere and couldn’t believe how cold it was. Our Sales Director even spotted someone out on the piste in Les Gets, clearly the locals are already taking advantage of the fresh snow.

Avoriaz has reported over 60cm of snow and we can’t wait to see what the next few weeks will bring. 

Alpe d'Huez

Living up to its reputation of the Island of the sun, conditions in Alpe d’Huez look ideal. There’s plenty of fresh snow, temperatures are remaining low, and the sun is still shining. Preparation is now well underway to get the resort ready for it’s opening on 2^nd December.

St Anton

Looking at the St Anton webcams you would think it’s practically the middle of the winter – not the beginning! With just three weeks to go until the resort opens on 9^th December we’re certainly very excited by the photos we’re seeing from resort. 

Lech

The Lech tourist board have been counting down to the start of the season with daily updates on their Facebook page. We’re all incredibly jealous of those who have managed to sneak out of the office and up the mountain to enjoy some fresh powder.

A super talented hi-tech team with the most sophisticated software and multimedia techniques. We have worked directly from the architects plans and by adding replicas of the exact or similar pieces of furniture and decoration we have transformed the plans into the most amazing and lifelike computer generated images and video. Remember all of these images are to perfect scale. Equally amazingly, we have managed to replicate the actual views through the windows by using images we took from the building site last winter.
