“Altitude lodge is an amazing Chalet in the most beautiful setting. The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms with most of the rooms having private terraces or balconies- some even hot tubs. The outdoor spaces at Altitude make the most of the stunning scenery. There is a large deck for outdoor lazing or dining- We did Pilates on it most mornings or HIIT sessions!

The VIP team at Altitude Lodge never seemed overwhelmed by our group which included 13 children and 8 adults. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. The food was excellent and the 2 amazing birthday cakes are just one example of the personalised service we received that week. 

We used VIP nannies and Lily in particular was outstanding. Lily organised so many fun activities for the children and she was so accommodating and resilient. Remember, she had to look after and co-ordinate 13 children- she needs a medal! 

There’s loads of activities available including mountain biking, white water rafting, horse riding, exploring the mountains, waterfall walks and the children especially loved the high ropes through the trees in Nyon. 

Our favourite walking/ running track from Altitude Lodge leads to the top of the Pleney in Morzine. The scenery is quite simply breath taking. From the top you can jump on the lift that takes you down into Morzine. There is a super fun luge there and the children loved it- so did the adults

Lake Montriond is one of the most beautiful places in the world! Our whole group spent the day paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. The staff at Altitude Lodge packed us an amazing luxury picnic, which was way beyond our expectations.  

We had the most perfect action packed week staying at Altitude Lodge in Les Gets. Holidays do not get much better than this!  We made memories that will last forever and we all can't wait to go back next year.

The Portes du Soleil ski area saw a complete transformation almost overnight with a snow storm bringing in 40 – 70cm across Avoriaz, Les Gets and Morzine. Altitude Lodge in Les Gets turned sunbathers into snow shovellers as the team got the terraces cleared ready to welcome our guests. In Morzine conditions were top notch with sunny skies but below zero temperatures.

Meribel certainly had a long wait but the Three Valleys ski area has been hit with a considerable amount of snow and there’s more on its way. Guests in our brand new Courchevel ski chalets have told us of incredible conditions and glorious sunshine…just the sort of skiing we love!

Skiing in Val d’Isere has never looked better. With temperatures of around -12, you’ll need your layers but don’t worry the sun is still shining. There’s even more snow on the way this weekend so it’s certainly worth looking at Val d’Isere for your next ski holiday.

It’s probably best to start with the biggest of the summer events – the Tour de France. This historic event will be passing through Morzine on 23 July for the penultimate stage of the tour. Our chalets are located in the centre of town, so perfect for catching all the action.

For those of you looking to experience the thrill of the Tour de France route, you can join our MD Andy Sturt in taking on the Etape du Tour on 10^th July. The 164km ride from Megève to Morzine will undoubtedly be a challenging event for even the most experienced riders.

For the first time ever, Les Gets will play host to the multi-competition, mountain biking event Crankworx, from 15-19 June. A host of world-class mountain bikers will be showing off their skills, and there’s also competitions open to the public. Expect plenty of new products, live music, photography and bike demos. The route takes you over 170km and climbs 5000m, with the final ascent taking you round the notorious 21 bends to Alpe d’Huez.
