Bear Lodge Study Room
Fri March 11, 2022

Fancy skiing over Easter but worried your teenagers have exams ?
It’s such a hard call, A Levels or GCSE’s coming up in a few weeks’ time but you can’t help thinking a ski break might do them good, they can always work in the morning, or maybe just in the afternoon …
On the other hand, how can you go away when they should be revising, they’ve only got one shot at it, but the snow is great … Ahhhhhh …
Those of us with older children have all been through the dilemma so we thought we’d try and help.

Bear Lodge Study Room
For the three weeks over Easter we have set up our conference room in Bear Lodge as a study room with six workstations that you can reserve for quiet study. You don’t have to use it, you might be more comfortable at the desk in your bedroom, at the dining room table or in the hotel lounge but it’s there if you need it. There is a ‘quiet’ rule in this room so nothing to disturb you. The WiFi is outstanding.

Study tip - eat well and exercise
Busy minds need feeding and so there are also complementary tea, coffee, fruit, water and cordials throughout the day in the Study Room and of course, the delicious home made afternoon tea for later in the day.

A precious week in the mountains
We can’t guarantee your exam results but we can certainly provide a quiet place to work and a revision sanctuary allowing the whole family to enjoy a precious week in the mountains together.
