New team
We are delighted to announce the new Head Chef and General Manager of Altitude, our piste side restaurant and bar in Les Gets.
Culinary delights
Head Chef Danny comes to us via the Ritz, Dorchester, Meat & Wine Counter in Sydney, Café Encounter in Kaikoura, NZ and latterly the super yacht Senses in the Mediterranean. Some of our guests will have been lucky enough to have enjoyed his international cuisine and fresh contemporary style during a short spell at CLUB Bellevarde in Val d’Isère during the last winter season and we are delighted that Danny and his new exciting team will be bringing an international flavour and variety to lunchtime and evening menus.
Raring to go!
General Manager Mick Warren, comes to us fresh from having reinvented the gastropub in Cornwall and having been instrumental in building The Smugglers Den Inn into one the leading eateries on the coast. Previously GM of the highly respected Watering Hole Bar & Restaurant in the centre of Perranporth, Mick knows that lunchtime trade is all about quality ingredients, great presentation, fast service and good value. Having looked after some of our Corporate Groups in the past, Mick knows our standards and can’t wait to get started. ‘From the moment I walked onto the terrace I realised that we had to do something special in this space and Danny and I have been planning since March. We are raring to go.’

We are about to redefine piste side catering and offer our VIP residential guests a remarkable all round ski experience.
