VIP Merishuttle
VIP offer a shuttle service to transport you from your chalet to the Chaudanne (the central lift area and meeting point for most ski schools) each morning, and to return you from the Chaudanne to your chalet when you have finished skiing. The drop-off point is by the Castors Bar Restaurant next door to the Tougnette lift station and the pick up point is Cactus Café just so you are
not waiting in the cold!
08.30 to 10.30
There is a scheduled pick-up service from the chalets in the morning. Each chalet will have 2 pick-up times between 08.30 and 10.30, the timings of which will be
confirmed on Sunday evening. Priority will be given to those who have early ski lessons, and pick up times will vary depending on the ski school.
To ensure the timetable runs smoothly, please make sure you are ready when the vehicle arrives. Please also ensure you have remembered your ski pass, gloves, rucksack (and children!) If you should miss your allocated slot, we will
endeavour to accommodate you in our later shuttles but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed.
11.30 to 15.00
Between these times if you decide that you only want to do half a day on the mountain we can pick you up from the Cactus Café and take you back to your chalet. The number of the duty driver will be given to you by your chalet host. This is a very popular service, so we will aim to collect you as soon as possible.
16.00 to 18.30
Our vehicles will stop outside the Cactus café at regular intervals to take you back to your chalet. Please look out for our drivers to board the next shuttle. Please note this is on a first come, first served basis.
18.30 to 19.30
Between 18.30 and 19.30, we offer a pick up from the Rond Point après-ski bar back to your chalet. Please keep an eye out for our vehicles as it is not always easy to stop right outside the bar.
PLEASE NOTE: VIP will endeavour to arrive and depart on time but this will depend on the weather and traffic in resort. VIP also reserve the right to cancel or change the pick up points if road conditions are dangerous.
