We place great emphasis on the quality of all our staff and the high level of personal service that you can expect on your holiday. You will come into contact with a large number of our team throughout your stay.
Each chalet is run by a Chalet Host, chosen for their natural ability to make guests feel welcome and relaxed from the moment they arrive. The chalet staff are supported by our Resort and Chalet Managers who are on hand to assist with any additional help or information you may need during your holiday. Our maintenance men will ensure that any chalet problems and requests are completed as soon as possible.
Floor Plans
Please note that our floor plans are intended to give an approximate guide to the relative sizes and orientation of each room. Furnishings shown are representative only and may not reflect exactly the positioning or type of furniture provided in each room.
Chalet staff accommodation
Where chalet staff are described as living out, this does occasionally mean they live in separate quarters with a private entrance in the same building.
Television
Televisions are provided in chalets primarily to view DVD’s. Each of our chalet descriptions details the TV service available in that particular accommodation. Where television is listed as `Freeview´ then a range of channels is normally available. These include the BBC and ITV channels, News 24, Cbeebies, Extreme Channel, music and cartoon channels and
BBC radio plus many others.
Washing Machines
Unfortunately, we can not offer a laundry service within the chalets. If you need to do washing whilst on holiday, there are laundry services available in each resort. Please ask your chalet host for information.
Chalet Security
Our chalets are secured by mechanical key-pads at the front door, but bedrooms do not have individual locks. We regret we are unable to provide safety deposit boxes or other secure storage within the chalet, although it may be possible to arrange this at the local bank or post office. Please bear this in mind when considering bringing valuable items with you on holiday.
