How to book

1. Call our reservations number on 0844 557 3119 to discuss your accommodation requirements and holiday dates with one of our ski specialists or e-mail ski@vip-chalets.com

2. Subject to availability we will hold an option on your chosen accommodation. To secure your booking we need a completed and signed booking form which must be returned to us within 7 days of confirming your booking. We also require a deposit of £200 per person (including empty beds) for holidays priced over £1000 per person or a deposit of £100 per person (including empty beds) for holidays priced under £1000 per person. You will need to include any relevant insurance premiums and a £100 deposit for each private nanny booked.

3. When we receive your booking form we will send you a confirmation invoice showing the deposit you have paid and the balance remaining. The balance is due ten weeks before you travel. Please note that we do not normally issue reminders.

4. Travel documents and pre-departure information will be sent by email approximately two weeks prior to departure.
