Charities
VIP has supported charities wherever possible since its inception in 1993. As specialists ourselves, we have focused mainly on the smaller, highly targeted charities. These organisations are generally not household names, and therefore often have to work twice as hard to secure the funding they need. Over the past three years VIP and sister company Snowline donated a number of ski holidays for auction or raffle, and we are delighted to have raised over £34,000 for good causes in this way.
This year we will be supporting the following organisations. If you represent a UK-based children's charity which you feel could benefit from our support, please contact us.
TwentyOne & Company
This small charity supports South West London families of children with Down Syndrome. The purpose of the group is to enrich the lives of children with Down Syndrome so they may meet their fullest potential, and to offer support, advice and encouragement to parents and carers. They also seek to educate the wider community about the presence, the potential and the needs of children with Down syndrome.
Crimestoppers
Crimestoppers operates accross the UK to help identify, prevent, solve and reduce crime. This invaluable community service enables anyone with details of criminal activity to pass them on anonymously, without fear of exposure or retribution.
Melissa Cosgrove Children's Foundation
The charity works in Thailand, Myanmar (Burma) and Pakistan bringing hope and happiness to disadvantaged children - children with HIV/Aids, street children, slum dwelling children, trafficked children and orphans.
